Okay, Newfield, I've sent in the lyrics for my song "Bow and Arrow - Cosmic Bard".

I'm thinking of writing a midi accompanyment and if I can, I'll post it here. ^_^

Happy Birthday!!

You should write a song about it. I've always wanted a eurobeat themed "Happy Birthday." ^_^ It was my birthday a couple days ago, actually.

Well, techno is pretty fringe. Whenever I think about the possibility of eurobeat becoming mainstream in north america, you have to think back to the early, early nineties. Remember old Techno-Dance (As Ishkur calls it, since 'Techno' is misleading, since it's really a from of proto euro-dance and n...

Great idea but it wouldn't sell. No matter how good a game could be, it won't be created if it won't sell to the masses... and we've seen the SEB soundtrack sales charts.. sad truly. =X Yeah, fine, but para para had a big impact this summer in Japan. Not it's biggest year, but it still shone throug...

Perhaps you've never heard of Happy Hardcore, cdx?

In its time, it was a huge genre... kinda dead now, with the rest of hardcore, but still.

Then, I guess you need to have it changed, don't you?

That's why wiki's so great, it's always evolving.

I'm glad someone noticed the mediocre quality of Midnight Lover. I think I gave it 5/10 in my review of the album. Disgraceful.

Well, it's not that, so much. There's nothing particularily 'wrong' with the songs, but with this typically bad 150's trend (which, I hope is over) songs just aren't living up to standards set by previous ones. For instance, 120-130 was dramatically better than 150-160... when you hear powerfully av...

Well, the male poll was close in a few ways, but here, it's the Go Go Girls, hands-down. Easily.

You can't deny the plethora of hits they've put out. It's hard to score a miss with them (recent releases aside...).

Loving the Niko hate-on. Take that, Delta.

No Dusty or Franz Tornado? Or even Nick Mansell?

Well, I voted for Matt Land anyhow. He has far too many good songs to ignore, IMO.

I can't stand "Revolution". It's as bad for Ennio as "Midnight Lover". Stefano needs to start giving him.... y'know... good songs?

Would it be too much to ask that one of your headlining artists have the best songs?

The music genre Eurobeat is closely related to Disco and Hi-NRG. It is also closely related to the Japanese Para Para dance culture. Eurobeat is, as the name implies, an European music genre. Stemming from Italo Disco, it is generally held to have originated in Italy in the late '70s and early '80s...
