[10/13] Eurobeat-inspired album: LILITH

Over the last two years I've been producing a whole album. From this project I've learned a lot about eurobeat and pop music production. Now I want to show you my learning process. Over the following weeks I'll be uploading a track each Friday. The album's main genre is eurobeat, but some songs blen...

Re: I made a few Eurobeat tracks!

Hello Eight-Six! First of all, welcome to the Eurobeat Prime forums/community. I just listened to your tracks. They're good for being first attempts at eurobeat and, as you say, with as little specific information for this genre. All the sounds in your songs (bass, drums, synths,...) sound purely eu...

Re: Super Eurobeat Vol. 244

My guess is that we're going to be seeing more of Manuel (he's graced us with a couple of previews on his Facebook that has not shown up on SEB yet), not that I am complaining though. About time for a Leo River (I know there was one in the works but somehow didn't get featured on 243) and/or Kaioh ...

Re: Super Eurobeat Vol. 243

3. Never Know Why / Mela (5:14) - (No stars) No. AHAHAHAHAHAH SO TRUE. It's a pity, since their entry on SEB242 (Under the power of my heart) was really good... Best 3: *Put All SCP tracks here* Bottom 3: "Never Know Why" / Mela "Twist & Shake" / Dee Dee Wonder "One Nig...

Re: Super Eurobeat Vol. 243

Shit I just checked out the preview and I've got to say I'm super thrilled about this volume! SEB242 was nice but I think SEB243 will beat it!! I think I agree with WNight overall :) The cover art is also amazing I must say. I really liked the piano melodies on Twist and Shake /Dee Dee Wonder . Lovi...

Re: Today's Tune

For me today's tune is "Don't play with me" by Kelly Wright. Karen J. Wainwright is one of my favourite vocalists of the entire SEB series :)

Re: Critiques please. :)

Overall I would say the problem is the mixing itself. Sounds like all the elements are well placed and sound well, but seem to be competing with each other. I think you should try to start mixing them one by one. For example, I usually start with drums and bass and start mixing them until the bass s...

Re: Eurobeat covers of popular songs

There's this awesome CD called "Super Eurobeat Presents '70s Dance Meets '90s Beat" in which you can find lots of covers (actually, all of them are covers from 70s hits). One of my favourites was Hot Stuff (Donna's original version is also one of my never-aging favourite songs). [youtube]h...

Eurobeat remixed in other genres

I may come late but a few days ago I discovered this hardcore remix of Max Coveri's classic (and viral) Running In The 90s: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/yt6B7X1FDNU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> I'm not that ...

On my turntable, Madonna's Erotica <3

Not currently on my CD player, but last CD that I've listened to is WARP2ONE's Coup d'État 2 - Warrior :)

Re: New eurobeat track - "Race to the Finish"

To be honest, I couldn't help but jump to that catchy synth riff! :) To me, it captures 100% the essence of eurobeat. Kudos! By the way, I just listened to your previous track "Last night" and I may say you've improved quite a lot! Especially in putting every element of the song in its pla...
