Easy choice for me - Pamsy all the way!!
However, in more mainstream terms, I would probably go for Lolita (Elena Gobbi) since her vocal style and energy is so distinctive.

I voted for Clara because she's made soooo many amazing songs throughout her career for a variety of labels and is easily one of the most prominent titles in the eurobeat world.
I'll give honorable mentions to Nuage (who I didn't pick because her style isn't as straightforward eurobeat, even though she has a ton of songs that are beyond groundbreaking), as well as Nikita Jr. (Melody Castellari).

Lolita (Elena Gobbi), all the way. Her voice sounds so heavenly to my ears, and plenty of her songs sound so damn catchy.
