Eurobeat Labels: The Complete Catalogue

After nearly 3 years of development, my Eurobeat catalogue has reached a fairly complete state. Some of you might have already checked out the catalogue in its earlier stages through the link in my signature, but this is the first truly "public" version.

There is, of course, a lot that remains to be done (especially regarding the non-Italian Eurobeat labels). As some data (e.g. production dates from earlier SEB booklets) is unavailable to me, I would be very grateful if you guys could provide me with any missing information by posting it here or via PM.

Since you added the MGL stuff, here are some songs that are from Ultra Dance 5 that doesn't appear to be on the list.

Happy Youth - Alleluia Alleluia
(G.Pegoraro - M.Biondi - A.Panigada - A.Leonardi)
Produced by B.Sinclaire
2000 MGL Records
Published by Delta Corp
Vocals: Clara Moroni

Yves - Tam Tam Do It
(A.Gatti - S.Oliva - G.Pasquini)
Produced by Dave Rodgers & S.Oliva
2000 Contini SRL & Rodgers SAS
Published by Contini SRL & Rodgers SAS
Vocals: Alessandra Mirka Gatti

It looks like "Yves" has another song on Ultra Dance 4, but I don't have that CD :D

The Constellation track was voiced by Robbie Grain and produced by Sinclaire. Also the Phase 1 track from SCP is a unreleased hyper techno track
Also for SCP there is Irene - Gimme Love and The Snake - Blades Of Fire not on your list
And for TIME there is Sym 1 - Last Train To Tokyo as well.

wasn't TRD 1627-Doctor Doctor credited to the artist name Patricia. It was featured on Eurobeatflash 14. Unless there is another Doctor Doctor besides Lisa Johson too. :?

TRD 1660-Hi-Gang Eeh Ooh! Eeh Ooh! Eeh Ooh!- Di Marcantonio. It sounds just like the Chester songs Let me Go and It's My Life. Listen to it again. I'll upload both Patricia and Hi Gang and p.m. you if you like.

It was - take a look in the CD Release column. 8)
The artist names are listed as they appear in the original catalogues (in this case, the TIME catalogue that used to be on their site) , with comments in the CD Release column if on the CD the artist name was changed.

True, true... I don't know how I overlooked let that one. Thanks a bunch!

Also, thanks for the info, Shawaazu and Javy! I'll update the catalogue soon. I'm not sure where to put the Yves track though... Did Rodgers & Contini have a separate label for dance-pop? Sound & Vision is only Hyper Techno, right?

Regarding the HRG catalogue, Take Me Into Fire / Baby Gold isn't brand new, it comes right after Baila Campanero in the catalogue (HRG 676).

Also, call me weird, but I have a strange suspection that the vocalist for Superphenomena / Diabolik might be Fabio Serra, just singing a bit more operatically than normal. It's definitely not the original vocalist from Diabolik, from what I can tell.

The voice of RIGHT TIME by CHESTER is (I think) done by Luigi Raimundi.

Ciao,

Ronald :)

There is another song I kinda disagree on . TRD 1470 Max Hi-NRG and High Frequency- Japan Japan. You Credit male vocals to Nando, bit I think in fact it sounds like Gianni Corainni. Esp in the last varse and the UhUhoHoH Japan Japan line. I remeber Nando having stronger vocals and he sounds a bit overpowered by Clara and Elena. Also the style of music fits more Gianni's Style than Nando's. Kinda like Dance Across The Nations. The artist name also sounds kinda off for Nando. It's kinda hard to distuingush cuz all three share the vocals throughout the song, but I still think it's Gianni instead of Nando. Give it another spin & tell me what you think? :)

ronald: Thanks! Now that I listen to Right Time and Get Back, I can definitely hear some similarities.

Sadie: Glad you like it!

drnrg: Hmm... I'm pretty sure it isn't Gianni Coraini. It's hard to recognise the vocalist, but I'd say it's Nando, maybe slightly pitched up.

Isn't it Emotikons / Christine?? haha

I couldn't find much wrong with this xls at first. It's very nicely done almost perfectly done.

I don't think we'll ever know Hanami vocalist unless SCP tells us either :P hahah
