I don't think there's one that's the "BEST" - but I have a shit load of favorites. A few are:

Go Go Girls / I Wanna Be Fat
Go Go Girls / Hot For Your Body
Alexis / Sugar Baby
Domino / Play With The Numbers (nananananana, nananananana~ lol)
King & Queen / Say You'll Be There (The synth hook for this song is pretty generic but there's something about it that just pumps me up)
Every GGM production, especially 109

Good question!

My favorite riffs are the Time "carnival" sounds....you can hear them in songs like "No Borders"- Annie, "Rock n Roll Is My Life"- Jock Lee, and "Bad Bad Bad"- Energy Man

These were the real fast, clownish riffs that I really liked hearing from Time in the 170s.

Some other riffs I just like for no apparent reason in
"Imagine"- Jay Lehr
"Kiss My Boo Boo"- Mom & Dad

and finally,
"Bad Romance (Lost In Paradise Euro Mix)"- Lady Gaga
The production of the riff and the synths captures exactly how one can turn pop into a great eurobeat remix!!

Pamela by Matt Land. It really explores what's possible in a 'catchy' synth riff.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.

Things that come to mind instantly are tracks like:

D. Essex - Boom Boom Fire
Christine - It's a Beautiful Life
Messalina - Call Me
Franz Tornado - Mad Cow
Lucya & Ace - Sweet & Tender Lies
Eri - Inspiration
Time Force - Love Me In The Heat of the Night
Jackie O - Allelujah Japan
Andrea feat. Sergio - Barbie Girl
Most of anything produced by DJ Command 8)

The thing about these tracks in particular is I remember how blown away I was by each of them the first time I heard the synth and instantly fell in love.

That does not happen often and I wish it did.

There are a lot of amazing synth hooks that I could list, but if I had to go with the very best, it mainly comes down to which ones are not just good, but also creative. These are synth hooks that are so catchy that I'll often repeat them over and over and not have to worry about loss of value.

- Baby Get My Fire Tonite / Nuage
- Bad Bad Bad / Energy Man
- Black Devil / Ray Sun
- Calling From Tokyo / DJ Moonraker
- Control Alt Delete And Blow / Jeff Driller
- Diabolik / Diabolik
- Maharaja Night / Lou Grant
- Night Flight To Tokyo / Matt Land
- Ready Forever / Chris Stanton
- Save Another Day For Me / De Leo

This is just a sample, too. I could list so many more tracks and still not be anywhere close to being finished, but you get the basic idea.

Cherry - Yesterday...!....brilliant in how it creates the mood for the song.
(I still think he should have used a prettier, more aishu, sound on a riff..).

I'm gonna bump up the name Cherry as well. Although in my case I'd nominate When I Close My Eyes as one of the best examples of eurobeat done magnificently. The synths sound really beautiful and captivating, rarely heard in the eurobeat world.

Too may to mention. You might as well ask me what's my favourite Gino Caria sung song:P but I'll pick out 5 that really get me humming along everyTIME.

Ric Fellini- I Wanna Shout
This synth riff sounds like no other TIME had produced in that era and the sound of the synth sounds alike like Say U Love Me, Won't You Be My Lover or Crank It Up.

Danny Kieth- One More TIME
Another beautiful synth that totaly stands out in the fasion it's played.

Chester- Laser Game
the riff is from some classic Italo disco song, just played faster and works marvelously. The fact that Gino Caria sings it ,only adds to the magic.

David R. Jones- Toy Boy
One of the faster Eurobeat songs and last Newfield took part in at TIME. The song is perfect on all levels.

Toby Vale- Heartbreaker 2007.
Completely surpasses the riff of the original Hearbreaker, but the original would still be my favouite, because of Bonini's vocals and the DOA vibe. Pretty much anything Christian De Leo sings has an awesome synth riff. Pride, Perfect Hero, Hurrican Man, Take This Way and Ready Forever to name a few

I just realized that without given it much though, I noted only 5 TIME songs, so here is one from each of the other labesl.

AbeatC.
many came to mind, but this one is easy. A toss up between Heart & Body- NRG Boys and Mike SKanner's "Honesty"

Dima Music
Save A Prayer. Just the fact that he invented a synth riff for a song; as far as possible from Eurobeat as one can get, deserves the title. but as honorable mention, I have to give props to Mr Moog- Stardust.

HRG Attack
Harder than hell for me, cuz the Riff is HRG magic, but if I had to choose, it would be Joe D. Toaster- Beautiful. It's just so distorted, but catchy at the same TIME. For female song would choose Dee Dee Wonder- Dark Moon Fighter or Michelle Rose- Sunday Night.

DELTA
When I think of all the songs under this label, two always come to mind. Mako- I Need A Mystery= Old style and Starlett- Without Your Love= Utterly amazing in synths. DELTA is also a label that can creat old Italo and new Eurobeat style riff so perfectly it's incredible.

GGMs
The thing I like about this label would probobly lie in the synths alone. I really enjoyed the aggressivness of Red Light And Sex.

SCP
Also stuck in the old era. Songs like Midnight, Touch Me Baby, Crazy Generation, but nothing can touch the perfection of Number One.

Saifam
Old Saifam will allways prevaile over the new style. I'll just blurt out one of my all TIME favourite songs and say Alphatown- Japan Japan

Sinclaire Style
As yet to impress me as he did in the days of Love As Weapon and One More Night, but Toy For Love came as close to perfection on a synth riff as one can get.

I would have like to take into concideratrion all the composers, cuz they provide different sounding synth riffs, but I might as well write a book for that matter. :P
