to spend some time (and laugh on our painting skills (well I can't draw that well)) I thought we all could play a game (or two...).
I thought of two different games which we can play in one game. The game to be played will be determined by the solver of the previous question.
So here are the games.
Game 1 (Drawing Song / Album / Interprets)
This game is only about drawing the object which the previous solver mentioned.
Let's say I start off by saying that I want someone to draw Fastway - Love Countdown then the next user will paint (using MS Paint, GIMP or whatever) this cover / song and will suggest a new one. Then the person after that will draw the song / album / interpret that was mentioned before and will suggest a new one. On and on.
The person who gets to decide which song will be drawn is chosen by the fastest solver / drawer. If there are two replies to the song / album / cover then the song /album / cover of the FIRST solver will be drawn. (Just to keep things easy and simple).
Feel free to draw older suggestions too but you won't get the chance to suggest a new track if we all play by the rules.
Game 2 (Guessing Song / Interpret)
(Album might be too hard so I took it away.) This game is like the first one with a little exception.
Let's say I start off by showing a picture of a song / interpret (you have to mention if it's a song or an interpret) (drawn by MS Paint, GIMP of course; not internet) then others have to solve this picture by trying out their tracks on the archive.
The reason we should use archives here (.zip / .rar with password) is the fact that we're not 24/7 online and so the people can move on faster to the next picture.
Assuming that someone thinks that he has the solution for my track he downloads the archive which contains a small textfile to verify no one is cheating.
The textfile should contain a unique text so there's no chance to cheat at all. Every archive should have a different textfile so everyone can verify the solution or the textfile later.
Everyone who is posting a new song suggestion (which the archive uploaded) should show the others what was inside the textfile so they can approve you solved it correctly.
Unfortunetaly .rar / .zip have case sensitive (A is not a) so we should keep our songs and interprets easy.
Just follow these simple rules to make sure everything is going fine.
You can draw the pictures as you like but please don't leave any letters (of the song or artists) behind so it won't be as easy to solve it.
To make sure that nobody gets stuck on one picture you can leave a hint behind (in the post).
I recommend to use http://imgur.com for you picture uploads and http://file-upload.net/ for your zip / rar uploads. (Make yourself sure that you're using the right download button.)
Use http://pastebin.com to hide your hints so they won't be seen immediately. Only if you click the link.
- Special characters like ^'!._;: and so on WILL BE REMOVED
- Uppercase letters will be converted to lowercase letters
- Remove any spaces between the letters
- Remixes get removed as well
- EITHER choose song OR interpret NOT BOTH AS THE ARCHIVE'S PASSWORD (you have to mention which one it is too)
- To be sure that everyone has the same names of the artists and songs we're going to use the eurobeat-prime.com database.
Original Name:
King Kong & D'Jungle Girls - Boom Boom Dollar (K.O.G G3 Remix)
Password of the archive:
boomboomdollar
Example 2: Guess my song title:
Original Name:
Lupin - Black U.F.O.
Password of the archive:
blackufo
Example 3: Guess my artists name:
Original Name:
King Kong & D'Jungle Girls
Password of the archive:
kingkongdjunglegirls
The winner decides which game he wants to play next (Game 1 or Game 2, (if you have a new suggestion for a game I can put it up there as well so feel free to contact me)).
