One Piece Arrange Collection Eurobeat

So I was randomly looking at the mu-mo page just now and found this coming out in March

They are also releasing Rock, Classical and EDM versions as well, but this one seems to come out of nowhere. Makes me wonder who will be doing these arrangements, could all be inhouse but who knows, guess we'll find out closer to the release date.

Do you know if it's licensed or fan-made? It is quite interesting that more eurobeat arrangements of anime are being made after the success of the Toho Eurobeat series.

Keeping mah fingers crossed that it'll be a proper CD release and on time. My friends'll be going to Japan in April so I'm hoping to get this as a souvenir... Whether it'll be obtainable at One Piece stores is a whole different story.
