HRG 740 Mara Nell- Dancing Queen
Another one of the newer songs. It shows in the speed. This song has that Romantic vibe, but much much faster. It also has a rehash vibe going on, but still sounds great.
This song reminds me of "change" by Marie Belle -which is very good-

After some time went by again a very good release in the eurobeat scene.

Also love the themed albums. Because it are no physical cds it's fun to see different themes being released. However these releases won't make me jump like this release does :!:

Initials of Lady Truffle=initials of Laura Tartuferi. Although she must be quite pitched-up in that song.
Another upcoming album: BeatZooka 1. Does the cover art look rather risque? Sex sells, of course. Hope this one doesn't have too many repeats.

Also, "tartufo" means "truffle" in Italian. ^^

I have my expectations set high for BeatZooka 1. Based on the fact that it's apparently gonna be a series, I'm gonna wildly hope that it'll chronologically continue from where Oldies Goldies left off, featuring the last few Euromach songs (go Bazooka Pistolero!) and eventually entering the year 2002, where previously unreleased songs begin to appear. Continuing this trend would be perhaps the most reliable way of releasing Hi-NRG Attack's entire catalogue.

About the cover chick again: she's got some "Hartman hips". Who did the cover art this time? Looks different from the previous ones.

Pretty darn cool stuff! Bazooka Pistolero sounds like it will be epic in full format!

I notice that this is an all-male compilation in contrast to Bazooka Gals being all-female; either way, both of them are quite rewarding and thankfully focus significantly more on unreleased material that I've been curious to hear for quite a while instead of repeats of previously used tracks.

The fact that it's called Beatzooka 1 means other volumes will follow.

review TIME.
Beatzooka vol.1
Cover: More cartoons, but big bubble butt D.J. Girl seems appropriate :D

01 Franz Tornado- Bazooka Pitolero(Extended)
Right from Euromach vol 14 comes the much awaited classic sung in only the way Rimonti can. Probly the best Bazooka themed song ever.
10/10

02 Tam Arrow - "Come On Baby To My Gang" (extended)
Claudio joins the gang as his clessic makes a second appearance. The song first appeared on T&F , but fits comfortably on this mega compliation full of classics and allready buzzing new singles soon to become classic themselves. It's absolutely priceless to get to hear Claudio do that Bang bang bang line again.
10/10

03 Garcon - "Kiss My Kiss" (extended)
First of the new songs. man, way up in the 700s too. This one sounds like Nick, who has slotted himself confortably onto Garcon's persona. The way he sings this song is amazing. He uses his Claudio Magnani like tone in the verses, but lowers his vocal tone to a deep baritone in the chorus. The (Let's Go) shout outs are strictly for fun and that last female sung chorus is just warped up chaotic HRG fare that's sure to have the listener chuckle while at the same TIME say WTF was that? The first new HRG classic of the month.
10/10

04 Franz Tornado - "Mc Cow" (extended)
This is one of my favourite songs on the compilation. There are a lot of wonderful segments going on throughout the song. First off it's great to have Rimonti take on his famous alias ever. His vocals sound best in the bridge, but sound all the more amazing when he takes it up to another level on the last line in the chous. The chorus says McCow McCow with Bazooka Gun, but at TIMEs I hear McCow McCow WTF U Done. LOL!!! That small segment that sounds like it shouldn't be in the song, add all the more spice to an allready new ultra chart buster.
10+/10

05 Cy-Ro - "No Speed limit" (extended)
This for me is the stand out of the cd. Great vocals by Nick Festari and a great riff that really captures the feel of speed. Cy-Ro is quickly becomming HRG's racing champion. The melody in the verses sounds very different and has those nonsensicallyrics that rhyme so perfectly you can't help ,but give Nick some backround vocals. The song will really put That Power in Your Car :D
10+/10

06 Jungle Bill - "Sexy Lover" (extended)
Now we get Rimonti. Kinda sounding off a little off vocaly but none the less, the song still has quite a punch. That being mainly in the rehashed, but redone riff. Take note he opts for less female backup, so that might be why he sounds a bit off in that last line in the chous. Still gets high grade for the way he sings Powa and Ova
8-/10

07 P Stone - "Emergency" (extended)
Claudio is back with one of my favs. I got this one of some Japanese download site years ago, but had to aquire some lame licence just to play it, Anyway when my old P.C. crashed that stupid licence went away as well. Now I get this classic back in my HRG Collection. How I miss Claudio's vocals at HRG. Love the Loving my wife line.
9/10

08 Joe D Toaster - "Fun Go Fandango" (extended)
The standout here is the crazy sounding synth in the riff. The melody is from some other song that I can't recal, but here sounds fresh enuff for the new lyrics accompanying it. More sing a long HRG fare for the masses. This TIME we get Nick doing voacls and he really has developed into an HRG Attack Icon taking over some of Gabrielli's aliases. Once again this one would have fit nicely onto the SEB series to give the HRG Attack sound some variation.
9-/10

09 Jeff Driller - "Faster Blaster" (extended)
Franz sound much much betta on this track. Sounds like he had more fun singing it as well. I can't help but fall in love with HRG's lyrics since they are so catchy and addicting. The synths and guitars sound absolutley in synch with the female backup in those closing lines in the chorus and the whole package as a whole showcases HRG at thier song writing best.
10/10

10 Jeff Driller - "Cheap Chap" (extended)
This song is just too comical not to love. Half the TIME I hear Chee-Tah, instead of Cheap Chap, what ever the hell that is meant to be. Here Franz is once more in Top form as he sings up a storm. The soundworlds at TIMEs have a cartoon effect soundtrack, like when they run or bounce or jump. I'm not joking, I even here the effect of when the Roadrunner makes a sudden stop. Anyway, if you lave songs with the usual cliches like Funny ,Money, Japan, NRG and Fire, you'll surly love this number.
10/10

11 Remy Panther - "Tango Shoes" (extended)
Nick is back. This TIME he puts on his dancing tango shoes. I think it wasn't the best move to put these two songs side by side, because they sound to much alike and Jeff Driller's song clearly over shadows this one. It's not bad at all. On the contrary it has all the necessary elements of an HRG classic and especially that riff that noone that I know could actually dance to. LOL!
8/10

Easily one of the best compilations Love Music Team has put out. NRG packed singalong floor fillers that any Eurobeat fan would have to be tone deaf not to go nuts over. Once again Rimonti and friends hear the fans calling and keep my Eurobeat addiction alive and kicking. They even beat AVEX to the punch of 198's release date.

Based on how unusually aware HRG's releases seem to have become of this thread, I would personally be careful not to wish for too many repeats. :P
