Please remember that was just speculation. It's not a confirmed track. So far the only confirmed tracks are the ones mentioned on SEPH and a few on this forum.

Oh my god... There will not be a Night Of Fire 2009. That list from the japanese blog post was a wishlist and in no way valid.

Well, for SEB 192, we had the full tracklist, like one month before the actual release... So conclusion, yes, it's taking more time

Oooh, I'm actually really looking forward to this cover! I was obviously assuming that Ennio would be providing the vocals again, but completely switching things up and giving a classic male SCP track to one of my favorite female artists sounds like it would turn out to be incredibly interesting. I love female eurobeat performances with extra kick to them, so I'm really hoping for something groundbreaking here.

As for the rest...the return of Dima is relieving, but other than that, only I'm only excited for a few other tracks. Hot Vampire '09 is a horrible choice for the ending number; I think it's one of the worst Go Go Girls songs ever (only surpassing Stimulation from SEB 61), from one of the worst SEB's ever (114). I'd have taken a cover of My Sweet Banana or Go Go Dance (perhaps even Go Baby Go / A-Beat Sisters) anyday over that awful track.

Two weeks, two days, same thing. kekeke

Some nice surprises. Always felt that Number One deserved a remix.

Interesting A-Beat C is redoing a Domino song. With a new singer...?

Hot Vampire is a real surprise, though. Isn't it the newest one? And by quite some time, in eurobeat years? (aside from Looka Bomba, of course) I really can't picture that song being redone.

3. VIDEO KILLER THE RADIO STARS / KRYSTAL (DIMA)
As you all know this is an original song from the Buggles. It dates back to 1980's. Now the title is a bit different, so I'm thinking something really unique.
4. NUMBER ONE 09 / CHRISTINE (SCP)
This probly won't work for me. The original had some little shout outs here and there, but the overall theme of the song was very aggressive whith Fastway on vocals and they only added to the aggression. I'm dreading this new version will only have that cutsie "Fast Food Fighter" shout outs and vibe I don't like at all. :(
11. SUGAR BABY '09 / ALEXIS (EUROGROOVES)
If this sounds anything like the new Apple style then 5 stars across the board.
5. GIMME FIVE 09 / FUTURE (ABEAT-C)
I can only hope this is male vocals, cuz there is too many female songs on this list allready.

I hope for the rest that 09 doesn't just mean more hyped up vocals with discreet changes here and there. I want some real changes.

Lol, you don't mean Fast Food BIKERS, Rocket Foooood!, do you? :P

Give it a chance though, I can't possibly imagine that SCP would rework Number One into a Kiki & Fancy bubbly faire, even with a female vocalist. I bet this remake will be along the lines of tracks such as Into The Light and Crazy Generation more than anything else.
