I loved that transition! Longer than most SEB transitions. This transitions only work when both songs are in the same key (or similar keys). For most nons-stops it's a more "brusque" kind of transition. I love the typical "SEB-style transition" because I feel like it's a direct inheritance from Italo Disco megamixes. As opposed to the more "clubby" transitions which we usually listen in the mainstream.
I loved many different transitions throughout the whole eurobeat series. One of the ones I liked is Easy Crazy Love to Barbie Girl on The Best Of Non-Stop Super Eurobeat 2009. It is a more "eurobeatish" transition but it is really easy and fun to listen to. It's like that moment in the club when the DJ shows you you're just here to have fun, you know? Eurobeat transition gone pop
Finally, I thought I was the only one crazy about something like that.
I personally prefer the sharp or short transitions which switch from one to another song very fast, if they are done good.
Long transitions, in my opinion, don't fit to eurobeat because they stretch out the songs.
You can implement these better in slower music styles (125-140bpm).
Maybe the best sharp transition I heard so far is this one: https://youtu.be/XdTJ7dm4EFc?t=2m53s
I just love the way it builds up and then literally explodes into the next track.
Crazy For Love -> 777 on SEB 240 CD1 is a good one, thats the first one I found right now (on SEB) (I bet I will find better one's when I search longer). https://youtu.be/5tm2KYi2ta0?t=1h2m15s
There's also Tsundere Night -> Rockin' Hardcore -> Time for a Mircale on SEB 210 CD 2
and not to forget Different Girl -> Get Somebody To Love Him SEB 240 CD 2
I could talk literally for hours about this topic because I love non-stop mixes

I love & hate SEB non-stops. I hate how short the transitions...if any...are. Back in the day, they would pitch up the tracks on the non-stops and use longer transitions. What I do love about the non-stops are those grinding and skipping effects over the tracks. I will say, Boss has been more creative with the non-stops since Best of 2013, with SEB 235 & 240 being pretty fantastic for an SEB non-stop. I hope Boss continues this creativity with vol. 235.
My favorite non-stops are transition wise are:
Eurobeat Flash Vol.6
SEB Vol. 104
Best of SEB 2001
Best of SEB 2006
Best of SEB 2007
Best of SEB 2009
SEB Vol. 219
Best of 2013 / 2014 / 2016
SEB Vol. 235
SEB Vol. 240

Anothers transitions that I like :
Mike Skanner - Babe C'mon to Derreck Simons - Doctor And The Medic
from Hyper Euro Night in Hibiya Radio City
Best of 2003: Web of Desire into Hai Hai Hai (Dance Across The Nations)...it's not much of a transition, but the quick change in drums makes it work, and with Powerfrul T.'s "weeeeeeeeeeeb" stretched out over the bass, it sounds nice.
Shit I love that kind of transitions (and Go Go To Heaven).

hahahahahah me too!
I'm gonna say a classic but SEB 180's Mickey Mouse March to Ike Ike. I like how the song is about to start but it really does not and keeps you waiting and waiting till you get the riff!
I also loved the Euromach Final transition to Ike Ike, featuring the "We like to party" vocals as to state sampling or "inspiration" from the Vengaboys song. I love when non-stops do that hahahah

Not really a mix but I love the transition between Burn The Night With You / Ace to Come Back / Nikita Jr. in the SEB246 teaser
SEB 240, Dragostea Din Tei > Monkey Dance '09.
It just fits so perfectly.

Super Eurobeat Vol.216 Non-Stop Mega Mix Boris - Shalaka Boom to Luke - Time Of Fighters Rich Hard - Take My Life to Ciao Ciao - Together Dream Fighters - Are You Ready To Fly to Leslie Parrish - Skyline
Worst SEB on the transitions : 83
It sounds like the CD is full of deep scratches...
