ROSE from Speed Over Beethoven

After looking through the artist information of well-known DDR artists such as Creamy.dk, Jenny Rom, Naoki Maeda, etc. I noticed that the ROSE who sang "Speed Over Beethoven" is currently listed as the same artist as the ROSE sang mostly by Elena Ferretti of Time Records.
"Speed Over Beethoven" is one of the default songs from the once often-seen DDR Extreme arcades. It made a Western appearance from DDR Extreme 2.
The ROSE who sange "Speed Over Beethoven" is from LED records, in which it is of unknown status as of now. Looking a bit deeper, LED also featured Judy Crystal (from Eurobeat Masters, a pseudonym of Andrea Delfino), so it is possible that ROSE indeed is the same project as ROSE from Time Records. ROSE also sang other neoclassicals like "Hey Beethoven", "Can't Feel My Face" (both from Moonlight 3), and "Mozart's Back" (from Rondo Alla Turca).
I have not heard back from any information regarding this ROSE but I do get a feeling that the ROSE of "Speed Over Beethoven" is akin to Jenny Rom or Alvin and the Chipmunks, rather than Elena Ferretti.
