Why didn't they put the WAV masters for sale (even if it had duplicated or triplicated the release price)? Or, at least, some acceptable lossy format, such as 320 kbps mp3 or m4a... :(

Yes, it was released on vinyl by Time Records label (Italy) (reference TRD 1629). Check it by following this link:
