McBazooka touched on a key point, that most artists originally record an Album version, then mix the Extended, Club, Radio, etc from there.

Historically, song naming has been more important to fans than producers.

Semantics aside, the mix is almost perfect!

In my opinion, song length isn't the issue here.

Instead of focusing on templates like Extended and Radio, an artist should focus on making good songs. It's pretty obvious, but what makes a song is quality over length.

Some songs are great at 3 minutes, some songs are great at 7 minutes, but ...
