the_ditz Well, the only one that comes to mind at the moment is Rythm Of The Night . I guess it was a cover and she had to stay tru to it's original form? I might have been thinking about someone else? Anyway,That's the whole point of why I actually like her music. So I'll correct it so to say, Hard...

The old school way of mixing was to generally keep the songs at the same tempo so they gradually morph together during the breaks , but ever since Eurobeat BPMs leaped about 20 or so notches, the "cut and paste" method has been used at during intervals of the song, in order for them to mi...

The soundworlds and that autotune effect throughout the WDYWFM song, sounds a lot like something one could hear on the radio. Actually it sounds more housey or trancey than poppy. The intro and the voice in general sound more like they're aiming for MJ than anyone new. You're overestimating how goo...

This isn't pop or rock, but once you hear it, it should be obvious why I want to hear a eurobeat version:

Mainstream dance/pop audience has trouble with hi bpm. Outright breaking out of such poppy genre on hardcore techno club croud is counterproductive. Given that Eurobeat isn't mainstream or poppy at all, and that the "hardcore techno club crowd" is a significant amount of money and popular...

I don't know about the main composer, but a lot of Newfield-produced songs have hardcore influences. Yes I Will's ride cymbal comes to mind, but there's a lot of touches like that in other Akyr and "new" Delta songs.

Biggest scare to americans and europeans are hi bpm. They just can't listen to songs in 145-165 range. It's a torture to 'em... Do you even listen to any music that isn't Eurobeat? Drum & Bass is well respected in US dance clubs and even gets radio play in the UK and Europe, and those are 170-1...

In short, my main question to you - can you name any songs (SEB or not) that particularly represent a eurodance context and not a eurobeat one at all? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_-edzPWkB8 Woah, slow down. That's not eurodance. THIS is eurodance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SggHTcSOD0

Initial D is almost all SCP and A-Beat C so I'm not surprised by this tracklist considering it's an extension of the theme from 191 (Driving Eurobeat). Huh? Initial D has a ton of Time. Battle Stage 2's soundtrack was almost all Time and SCP. Delta mainly had their tracks in First Stage, but Time's...

Eurobeat in general has pretty sparse production, so when you remove the high bpms, aggressive melodies, and testosterone lyrics, it sounds very empty.

The aggressive songs are what got me into italo disco and eurobeat, and they're the reason why I've stayed into it.

Random thoughts on songs: Send Me An Angel is really nice to listen to. SCP has definitely ramped up the production values on songs like these. Really disappointed in Waiting For Your Hero. It doesn't have the same sort of feel as the rest of Daniel's songs, and the song doesn't really tell any sort...

Nah, they'll just skip over the whole game since it's going to be this single license and then a whole bunch of Konami Originals.
