Cherry's "Yes I Will" has pretty sad lyrics IMO, but no song makes me "depressed". (Btw, I'm not too fond of many female tracks, but this song is AMAZING.)

Has anybody noticed that the Tornado & Friends album on iTunes (US) doesn't have all the songs? I think 2 or 3 is missing... I very much want those missing songs. Would there be any reason as to why this is? (Perhaps a legal issue?)
