Hopefully I count as a long time listener (been listening since I first got into Initial D in '05.) I keep listening to it because there's always something new to be found. There's all kinds of obscure tracks to find from the '90s and even the late '80s so it's easy to keep things fresh with somethi...

I don't care how good you are on the p.c. The mixing will never have the same essence at it did back when it was just two turntables and a sence of TIMEing :P A few people might disagree with that, including Flemming Dalum, who's been mixing since 1983. (That's not to imply he doesn't enjoy ...

I'm talking about current Initial D. Nowadays it's mostly A-Beat C and SCP. Umm, Battle Stage 2 was released in 2007, and as previously mentioned had lots of Time. The only Initial D anime that's been released since, is Extra Stage 2, which didn't have much of a soundtrack anyway. That's current en...

I've been contemplating weather or not to join up and here comes along a mighty great reason to.. I know the feeling. I've always been apprehensive about facebook (I still am, honestly) but I just recently got one so I could contact more eurobeat artists. There's a lot of them on there, you know. M...

FLEA(one of my allTIME favs that showcased many of todays Eurobeat vocalists including Mr. Moog and Dave Rodgers Speaking of which, the 2 last Flea songs ever made I think (Panic In New York and Walking On Music) are now available on Juno, along with some other Flea songs. I wonder if they will eve...

Mmm, now this is my kind of thread. Let me put it this way - there's all kinds of Italo-Disco. Here's a good breakdown of the styles: 1980-1983: This was the time Italo was in it's earliest full form. There was Italian disco that could have been considered Italo-Disco before this (take the group Eas...

Additional information: Davide di Marcantonio: Eternity is a great track,I was very excited when I produced the arrangement and parts. Aleky is a delicious interpreter and singer. Yum. I love this database so much right now. :D Also, am I the only one who noticed some similarities in the catalogue ...

I love both styles, but it takes more work to create more melodically powered songs, so I voted for the latter. Take A-Beat C's songs from the early 90's. Call Me by Queen Of Times and Heartbeat by Brian Ice are perfect examples. Also, some of the lesser-known labels produced some great melodic trac...

I gotta admit, I'm really pleasantly surprised that You Are Always On My Mind has gotten such positive reception from the community overall. Nobody here really talks a whole lot about older eurobeat tracks, especially with labels such as Saifam, which, for a long time, were only active on non-SEB c...

Yup, I recognize most of those. Heck I just downloaded the a/b tracks to Crank It Up yesterday. The extended and acapella were skipping though... I love ya vinyl, but why you gotta be that way sometimes? :D
