@KoolKool Since You posted files with Your unfinished song, I was listening to it sometimes. And more I listen to it, more it becomes ingenious. I really think You should finish it (It has more potential than You think, It's just my opinion tho)[when I'm listening to it, I see submarines, torpedoes...

My DAW of choice is FL studio. For plugins, i use mainly P8 and Synth1. Samples: Some 808's, sweeps and i sometimes play with Fruity Kick. Recently I've gotten my hands on Vocaloid3, but i realised that writing lyrics in language whitch isn't your native can be pretty hard. i have a track that euro...

same,lol! just sound good, music theory you may be not necessary but it's better to learn basic so you can advance more....

what DAW you use?

don't use any 3rd equalizer
because headphone,speaker themself have inbuilt-equalizer,each product was designed with specific frequency modifying...example..... i see most gaming headphone boost low end frequency

use equalizer on mp3 is a disater, so a no!
