Probably most publicised on the last set of HRG Attack albums, and being standard fare on many house/eurobeat vinyls ... what are they? are they just random/for-fun bonuses? or do they serve some sort of mixing/professional purpose? From the ones I've been able to hear I can't really tell, they vary...
