Both of my favorites come from Bleach:
asterik - Orange range
and
D-technolife - UVERworld

Although I guess technically they're all MOVE songs, since they're my favorite Jpop band next to The pillows. But I really havn't watched much of Initial-D, I hate the character design.

I was thinking Manuel or fastway. However I think Dave Rodgers has done alot for the eurobeat genre so he gets my vote.
