Except you can't dance ParaPara to it. Why not? I often do Take My Breath Away with the Healing version, for example, and Fantasy with the Japanese Works version. A few years back, I did a whole performance pieced together out of alternate versions: God Knows... Fantasy (Japanese Works) Wild Reputa...

The clips sound quite promising, I must say. There were many tracks that I can't wait to hear in full. If I had to choose a favorite at this point, I'd say Don't Forget.

We have just uploaded the official choreography for ''Here Comes The Rain''. A very special Hyper Techno song with some heavy Eurobeat influences. EuroTechno? Maybe something like that? I like that; both the song and the routine ^^ It went onto my list of stuff to consider for next term's syllabus.

it boggles me how people who love dance music don't like a good DJ mix. I'm a dancer, and when I dance, I want to dance through the whole song so that it gets to start and end properly, and only then starts the next one. Luckily, many Eurovision DJs do it like that. As for listening, the case is ev...

UFOPOLI I'd be surprised to meet somebody who listens to eurobeat because of the lyrics You would be surprised to know that before internet data bases, SEB booklets ect.. I used to sit around listening to my vinyls just to get the lyrics. No, I wouldn't. That wasn't the point. I'm very much interes...

The previous time I've posted in this thread seems to be four years ago, after which I've given this topic some thought every now and then. I'd say there's also another main reason why eurobeat so rarely comes across as depressing, in addition to the tempo: the supplementary nature of lyrics. The fo...

Cascada's version uses the same chorus but completely new verses, so therefore it stands alone a bit more from the original in that sense ;) And I think the original verses are a lot more interesting. However, when they did the same thing to Nik Kershaw's Wouldn't It Be Good , it was definitely an ...

Everytime we touch was pretty good, even though it was a cover of the original eurodance song from the 90's, by the group fourteen14 That's one of the most interesting statements I've heard in a while! :D I know some of you guys never listen to anything without a beat but I'm sure you must have hea...

ItaLove - Follow Me To Mexico Great stuff! I need to make sure my Italo fan friends are aware of this. Damn, makes me proud to be swedish  Speaking of which, I'll mention that in this year's Swedish ESC preselection, a bit surprisingly, there was an entry with an Italo sound. A brilliant song...

I'm gonna be positive and hope for a Eurogrooves return. Even if it's just a healing remix, I love those  I'm not the only one! Thank God...! I'd happily buy even whole albums of healing versions, like Heaven . Fantasy (Japanese Works) is my #1 favorite. I also want to especially mention the ...

I think the time one grew up with eurobeat is a large factor. I have no idea how to determine that factor for myself... I started seriously listening to eurobeat during the 160's, but I did it my systematically beginning simultaneously with the 00's and the 100's. I suppose that would make the 00-2...
