I don't think Lonely is that bad, honestly. It's definitely on the mellow side of eurobeat, but it works fairly well, in my opinion, and is still way better than the trainwreck that was I'm Superstar.

Nah, Alessio Novi's voice is a little more nasal, and he doesn't sing with that heavy vibrato tone, ala Fabio Lione, that Frank Casino has.

Frank Casino- Baby Please Don't Go (HRG Attack) The first of a few male sung songs on this compilation is easily the best one too. I don't know if this is Festari trying to sound a bit like Rick Castle or what, but the vocal style seems to fit well with the song's overall feel. My bet is that it's ...

Yeah, I'm honestly not that impressed by Super Duper Eurobeat Vol. 1. It's kind of a continuation of the Eurobeat Cool series, which sought to release everything that never came out before, in chronological order. After hearing the samples, I'm not too surprised why. Still, it's great to see Hi-NRG ...

Thankfully, I was able to find and purchase this album from Musico, which I guess is still open at the moment, so I bought everything except for the SCP tracks, which I already have, and the embarrassing Saifam covers.

I'll give this album a spin a bit later, once I have the time.

Wow, that cover is quite a throwback to the early SEB compilations. That dark, green shading and even the girl's appearance here remind me a lot of SEB 62's cover, in particular.

The album now has I Need A Revolution, My King is You, Nonsense Sensation, Star Heart, and Stay With Me. EDIT: OH...MY...GOSH, Nonsense Sensation is absolutely AMAZING ! Torchiani's excellent vocals add a ton of life to an already super-dynamic tune, and that synth hook is all kinds of awesome! I ca...

The Game of Love was actually already on the second Delta Special Collection posted by Avex, so it's not really a new track! I've personally owned the song for over a year now. :P

Hehehe, Dance With You Doo-Be-Doo-Be-Doo is actually pretty good! Its melodic style is totally a throwback to the late 1990's, which was full of songs that were really tuneful and dynamic in such a way that isn't common these days. Another Hero is also quite nice. It sounds like the type of track th...

I dunno, I still love the majority of eurobeat that's being released today. Labels such as Dima and Hi-NRG Attack are still going stronger than ever. Others and I here try hard to support the eurobeat scene in general, and if this "harsh, negative" image is going to represent the entire co...

Honestly, I do like a lot of the slower tracks that have been released as of late - The Magic of Sunshine and Hard To Say I'm Sorry are the greatest examples - but I still far prefer faster, more energetic eurobeat. If italo is all that we get, as you have in-mind, Jorge, then the series is going to...

Newfield retired because of Avex and Clara Moroni (a dispute happened). As for Clara, she quitted for her rock. Rizzi and Capaldi are the ones left at Delta. Wow! Really? I can't believe I never knew of this! That's quite a big loss for the eurobeat community! Newfield is one of the most significan...

Wow, coming to think of it, I'm really not very excited about this album at all. I feel like it broad represents a general direction of SEB and its labels that I truly don't care for. Let's face the facts: - Eurogrooves is basically dead. They aren't even on here, and they haven't released a single ...
