Eurobeat Production

This is more then anything targeted at Mr. Newfield. When you start working on songs, how does the process work-out? Such as, how does it all play out? I've been curious about this for some time, and I thought I'd just ask the question. Do you start with normal instruments, then later work the other...

Gincarlo Pasquini versus Maurizio De Jorio? That's tough! Still, I go with Dave! Why? Without him, and all the other producers, were would Eurobeat be today? Dave started A-Beat C, put several artists on the map, been one of the most succesful Eurobeat labels; Dave produces, writes, does vocals, and...

Dave Rodgers put to rest? I don't think that's about to happen, and I don't personally want it to! Here's my deal; I really like his vocals. They're unique and he has a great voice! He just doesn't put real effort into his own music or lyrics anymore; he's constantly recycling old succesful ideas/pr...

My Lord, Space Invader sounds a lot like Space Boy! Actually, I like the speed and music itself, but I swear, the chorus is symmetrical to that of Space Boy.

Oh wow! I really like the track-list! I want this!

Just curious; why isn't there a section for Hyper-Techno, since it's (sort of....) connected to/with Eurobeat?

Yeah, I had considered Manuel as well. The problem is that Manuel's, what, in his mid-20's? (somewhere in there) His voice has more masculinity behind it, even if it is high. The vocals in I Wanna Be The Night aren't as powerful as his, plus, they're too youthful sounding. I keep leaning toward Giac...

I already PMed you with my five.

He said "Eurobeat Prime population", not the general fan-base; just curiosity as to what people who come here think ^.^

1: Artists with a snow-ball's chance in Hell? I'd say Annerly Gordon (she already has a few songs in techno here). Clara Moroni tried (10 Worlds album) with U.S. and Canada. Gincarlo Pasquini (Dave Rodgers) would have a good chance, since he's already been here, and has worked with people in L.A. Hm...

Who is Chris T.?

Okay, I was listening to Chris T. - I Wanna Be The Night (SEB 145), and I noticed the vocalist's voice is extremly youthful; is it possible it could be Giacomo Caria? While I can't rule the possibility out, I also can't (myself) come to a plausible conclusion. If it is him, then it would have been h...

Fernando Bonnini(Mike Hammer, Mako) has a very cool voice to. Every word oozes out SEX to his female fans. As a girl, I can say (from my perspective), that's completely true; his vocals (tone) and the lyrics all make that pretty clear. It's a bit odd. I forgot Davide Di Marcantonio in my original p...

It's true, a lot of extra features are added to the music.

Still, it doesn't seem hard for the vocalist to perform it live. As long as there's an area throughout the song were the vocalist covers the vocals consistently, there shouldn't be any trouble.

I prefer male vocalists! I like the way male vocalists sound; there's a certain toan in their voices when they sing that's not there with female vocalists! I also feel more emotion in the songs that male vocalists sing! To me, you can't beat Tomas Marin (#1), Gincarlo Pasquini, Gino Caria, Maurizio ...

I think I'm mostly with Pol on this for sure. I tend to go for the older songs; D-Essex - Victim Of Love , for one, is a great song! I love it. A great demonstration of slower (and older) Eurobeat at its best! The newer and faster songs are good, but to address the actual question asked, I like Euro...
