Yes I have the Infatuation song - it's a good one but not as great as the "Jump for Joy" one :-)

The pitched vocals can go too far I think. I think they also isolate a lot of people from liking the genre. Gets too fast and all high pitched, not regarded as real art or singing by some. It's too bad. The singers are all good and don't need it!

I bought SEB 120 at Amoeba here in San Francisco and it was only like $30. But since then I've never found eurobeat there...

Yes Elena Gobbi got her start here as "Barbara" and sang "Luv Luv Luv." Also Annerley Gordon got her start here! She sang as "Tiffany Jones" and is was an AMAZING song called "Make Me Look in the Mirror." Very similar to "Donna" and "Sexy Boy Se...

Hey, Mes, thanks for your opinion! Gosh no, you don't have to like it. I mean just look at the differing opinions there are for SEB songs! Everyone has his/her taste and no matter how famous you are, some people will always dislike what you do. I don't share art because I need everyone to love what ...

another U.S.A. based euro label & project!

OK since it seems to be a hot topic right now, I'll jump on the bandwagon! My San Francisco-based project is called "nR Element" (In Our Element) and the label is "Light Soul Records." The tracks are quite Italo sounding, with some eurobeat tracks as well. We are working on our s...

newfield!

Haha, Newfield, yes I often get the vibe that some feel they are "too important" to go on forums. It is awesome to have you here! Thank you for all you do for eurobeat. Some people forget that the fans are everything! I remember talking to Clara a lot on her 10 worlds site - she actually l...

Wow that would make my month if she came back. She has been doing very little over at Offlimits, so that would make sense for her to come back now. I loved her last release as Ann Lee, No No No, but I think it was too cute for most folks so it didn't do well. BTW I totally agree about Everybody Let'...

Wow! Lunch with Annerley? That is awesome! How long ago was that? I bet she is a lovely and fun person. She seems to have stopped contributing her voice to Offlimits Production in Italy... Ann Lee and Whigfield seem to be over. Well I wish her a lot of luck with her restaurant and any other future p...

Hey, Nine! Thought I'd join these forums. Nine is correct about Annerley and Sannie being 2 people. And Sannie has nothing to do with Eurobeat. Italian music in general (including Eurobeat) has a tendency to use a different face than who is actually singing. I can hear several voices in the Whigfiel...
