7A came 2ch BBS again and wrote that the album was postponed to 29 August. She also noted that SEB official blog will have an article on that album two days later. Let's see how it goes...

She(if it is truly by 7A) posted it on 2ch public BBS and other japanese eurobeat sites, which I do not think a good choice.

This sounds like A-Beat C right after Domino and Oliva left.

Finally, is this a new song from one of the big Italian labels? I've never heard it before, but the synth hook alone is awesome!! It's called PLAY MY SONG by The Lusty Girl - I just can't completely place the style, it sounds a little bit like GoGo's Music with some elements of SCP too, which would...

The new director said that he/she wants to put back release schedule to the way they did before 2009, so 221 released after this summer makes sense. Wow.

I had it translate the text to German as well since I'm German and stuff. What I gather from this is that they were late in sending some gifts buyers of Vol. 211 to 219 were supposed to receive and will be catching up on that in April. So... no actual news, I guess :( Gifts for the buyers of SEB 21...

So now is the time for the oricon album chart.

This album sold 2004 copies, marking #54 on the chart. I don't think sales record is important for this album, but this truly is a great commercial success for the Eurobeat industry, considering regular SEB albums usually sold less than 500 copies.

Well, being #3 on the compilation chart is not a sign of popularity. Even the #1 on that chart, something named Good Songs For The Autonomic Nervous System, merely marked at #133 on Oricon weekly chart. The album is out of #100 in the main chart.

In Japan they sure as hell do. Vocaloids are a megasmash in Japan, in comparison to their 'analog' counterparts. NO. They are definitely not. Vocaloids and the related products are rather a cult following amongst anime fans or otakus even in japan. Still the majority of japanese music listeners don...

@Mindsweeper, No, this isn't the official release we're talking about here in this thread. However the style of music will eventually be the same. mu-mo says that this album is based on that Super Hatsune Beat video, so it truly will. Avex seems to be trying to get more attention from non-eurobeat ...
