I can actually manage to find Eurobeat CDs for between 10 and 40 USD on eBay. No one really knows what it is it seems so no one really puts in bids. But its rare that i get decient ones. Still, Its where I got most of the 13x/14x SEBs. You might try there.

On eBay, so far, I've snagged SEB 7 and SEB 30. Both were around 15$CDN after shipping. Lucky me, I guess. ^_^
