Some changes to the review actually... Hot Gal sounds better and better by time, loving the vocals in particular. Might have to recheck it out later.

I'd say you're quite accurate overall. Thank goodness this isn't worse than 177, or I would've expected you to abandon SEB! :o

On a second note, are you going to review another older compilation anytime soon? I'd love to see 84 or 85!

I do not have the cd yet, so I cannot retort, but I will say that you did an exceptionally great review. I especailly like the way you compared Mr. M. to the "cause & Effect" theory and though you didn't like Jay Lher, I thought your comparison to the 7 deadly sins was a real reader's treat. Not only good reviews for songs you liked, but for those you didn't like. Really entertaining. I would definately like to more of this when you decide to re-review past SEBS 8)

Have A Nice Day... 9-???? Are you kidding???? XD That song was soooooooooo horrible!!!! The synths sound like crap, the lyrics and melody are really lame... and the vocals aren't that great.

other than that i agree with your review - though aside from the 7+ you gave My Lucky Star. I think that was a bit too low for how you wrote about it. ;)

Hmm, I thought it was a big step up from 177. There aren't many songs on the CD that I really didn't like, and I feel like the overall quality was pretty high. I'm liking this CD more the more I listen to it.

I'd give it a solid 8.
Running in the 90s...it's a new way I like to be...
