Being that DELTA is your favorite label...
This question mainly for Oresamma knowledge. In the DELTA updates thread I notice a lot of complaints about DELTA needing more writers, but I notice in the cd lyrics sheet that there are many writers. names like
G. Foglia
M. Rizzi
C. Massera
F. Ugolini
M. Bozzi etc...
What else can you tell us about these writers and can we link them to any past vocalists? I thought you might know?

Come on, you can't omit Clara Moroni.
I was very surprised to read on Pol's site that it was Clara who gave
Laurent elementary lesson on how to compose songs cuz he had never
composed any song on SAIFAM.
Cristiano Massera left Delta a few years ago.
Newfield team: Matteo Rizzi, Giuliano Colosio, Roberto Gabrielli --> Akyr
Sinclaire team: Giordano Foglia, Massimo Bozzi, Fabrizio Ugolini
So, as a matter of fact, Delta seems to need more writers.
Matteo Rizzi : 30 Y/O. He is a huge fan of Japan and Japanese culture, so
he speaks Japanese wicked fluently. He has ever lived in Japan teaching
design at Japanese public elementary school and producing some radio
program at a Japanese local FM station. He is also a graphic designer
and a cartoonist as well as a music composer. Very amusing and friendly person. I like him!
Giuliano Colosio : He's running a lakeside bar for bikers called BAIA
DEL SOL in Brescia.
Roberto Gabrielli : As for eurobeat, he's been on a long long vacation
and he's currently writing Italian songs and collaborating with a local TV
station in Sardinia. But he promised me he'll soon let us hear new
eurobeat stuffs! So I'm looking forward to them! He's very friendly
and energetic person, too. I like also him!
Giordano Foglia : I can't find anything about him on the net. As far as
I know, he has jazz in his musical backgraound and an old friend of
Bratt, but as you know, he was working with Laurent, too.
I adore also his music composition very much!
Fabrizio Ugolini : He is Bratt's old friend, too. So he was also credited for
some song (I don't remember...maybe "Oh Oh Oh, Girls Are Dancing"?)
of A-Beat C.
I have no info on Massimo Bozzi.
p.s.
Ah, and I don't think they've ever did vocals except for Roberto.

This true or just a story? 'Cause takes some time to gain songwriting skills.oresama-chan wrote:Come on, you can't omit Clara Moroni.

Yes, I think it's true. Did you read that?UQ100 wrote:This true or just a story? 'Cause takes some time to gain songwriting skills.
Prolly Clara was a great teacher and Mr. Gelmetti was a quick learner?
I know his name was credited as song writer for only one song on SAIFAM,
ARD 1027 Love For Sale by Moltocarina, but it seems he wrote lyrics, not
a melody.
It's a true story wrote by the hands of my friend Laurent Gelmetti himself by e-mail and translated by me in the biography section. Clara is not only the best singer, she's also a talented and very clever woman; it was the beginning of the golden years of Eurobeat, the beginning of the very best team ever... Clara + Laurent.UQ100 wrote:This true or just a story? 'Cause takes some time to gain songwriting skills.oresama-chan wrote:Come on, you can't omit Clara Moroni.

Really... well that is interesting!!! Wonder how much she has been responsible for songwriting otherwise, I thought it just the lyrics, but I know (from reading your site!) that she has more skills than that.Pol NRG wrote:It's a true story wrote by the hands of my friend Laurent Gelmetti himself by e-mail and translated by me in the biography section. Clara M. does:redtarzanboi wrote:She's also a producer. Not on many songs but she is a producer.
1)singing.
2)songwriting/music+lyrics.
3)management.
4)vocal recording.
6)looking hot.
I also recall learning that :
She was classicaly trained in music at a musical college..
She was singing since a very young age in a choir.

She did many co-writing on TIME songs with Laurent ,Sergio and Gino Caria.
"I Got To Feel Your Love "- Linda Ross (Moroni, Caria, Gelmetti) Super Spanking Ultra Fast song with an Incredible break , Raw Piano effects ...and perfect Clara vocals!
Oresamma, You must remember that one!
By the way thanks for the info. Looks like they do need writers. Wonder why Nando never co-wrote on DELTA?

Yikes! I must add a bit more about Matteo Rizzi.
According to Mr. Rizzi, he is still writing also for Delta and Candy Taylor
- Eurobeat Kind Of Love, which will be on SEB vol. 169, was composed
by him.
Yeah, I remember "I Got To Feel Your Love", drnrg. It's one of very
Gino Caria-ish songs along with "Woman In Love", "You're My Life" and
"Touch Me Too Much" and these 4 songs resemble one another.
When it comes to Linda Ross songs, I prefer "Loving Honey", though.

I've been listening to mp3's of SEB 161.
I liked Bratt's tune a lot(Donna-HOT HOT),but the lyrics that
I was hearing in it is actually something like u'l be seeing bellow.
I wonder how different it is from the actual lyrics...
I also liked Alexis(love is burning) a l-lot...that's how i likes me *time* to be. Digital planet' tune was o.k., bombers was kinda no bad either...
All the other songs on SEB 161 were giving me not so fresh feeling...
Donna (hot hot) : the way i was hearing it.
verse 1:
i was staring on my yawn
by a telephone.
i can trust to hear your voice again.
dork, you're making something goulash,
and excite to tea.
me thinks another load that I could do.
everytime i think of you,i can't control myself.
love is soaked, emotion love, got me thong wee thin.
chorus:
got me fanny hot hot, baby,i'm so hot.
i fell on daisies and i can't stop.
temperature is hot, rise me to the tub.
guess i'm gonna work in a butcher shop.
the rat is scarce now..
in a butchershop..
verse 2:
if u wanna be with me,cash is guaranteed.
it's your weight that let u down this time.
got to think about a meal, make your lard ass free.
but u better get it up this time.

Donna - Hot Hot
I was standing on my own by the telephone
Longing' just to hear your voice again
Boy you make me so confused, and excited too!
Things I'd never thought that I could do
'Cause every time I think of you
I can't control myself
Your love is so emotional
Got me form within
Got me burning hot hot
Babe I'm so hot, hot
I fall in flames
And I just can't stop
Temperature is hot, hot
Rising to the top hot
Can't save the world you're about to shock
If you wanna be with me pleasure's guaranteed
There's no way I'll let you down this time
Got to feel your body heat
Making love is sweet
Boy you'd better fill me up this time
A great song indeed and also Gino Caria co -written. Another Linda Ross song I so greatly was "Bad Girl" Also Gino Caria. Do you see a pattern thereWhen it comes to Linda Ross songs, I prefer "Loving Honey", though.

Ok friend, since you like it so much here you go. You were pretty off. Though I love your lyrics for a HRG Attack song. "love is soaked, emotion love, got me thong wee thin"(this line is so hilarious, I p**ed my pants)I've been listening to mp3's of SEB 161.
