HRG 230: Mara Nell / You Won't Cry Tonight
You mean these Juno guys are releasing HRG Attack extendeds of songs that only appear as Edits on Eurobeat Flash too
Do you also have to live in Japan to open an account with them?

Nope, I believe Juno is UK-based since they sell songs originally in pounds.

drnrg wrote:Hey Infinty, there is so much unreleased material. I'm actually really glad they pick out songs from thier Euromach and newer era. It's great to hear those older Baby One and Beat Man songs sung by Claudio and we got Gucci Girl and Bazooka Girl. When you really dig HRG Attack, you are just glad to get thier songs in extended version , instead of 2 min Euromach mixes. It's all good
I'm not referring to the newer era, I'm particularly talking about their early 00's material, which occasionally gets some Euromach extensions (good) but also a bunch of average songs that I'm getting really tired of at this point, not really representing the quality and variety the label is now capable of. I want more SEB-era releases (2005-present), and sadly the best Hi-NRG Attack can do to release newer stuff is to repeat songs that already showed up on previous CD's, as highly evidenced by T&F2's tracklist.

Not just Extendeds - Acapella, Instrumental and Last edits as well! Basically the whole lot that you'd normally have gotten on the older Hi-NRG vinyls. Very, very cool indeed!
And they're based in the UK, so I believe it should be easier to buy from them in the West than it would be from a Japanese site.

Hoorah! I'm very happy they're putting these up for download. Much better than Saifam's dodgy system too.

Well, my prediction was almost accurate!
They've released the next 3 songs on Juno in sequence:
HRG 231: Baby Gold / Gimme Za Nite
HRG 232: Nikita Jr. / Saturday Night
HRG 233: Lilly / I'll Never Leave You Alone
They stopped just short of Dancing At Twinstar which is one I was particularly after in acapella for remixing fun
Hopefully later this week?

The Hi-Nrg Attack studio are certainly filled with wonderful people
. I hope they go really far up their catalog! (Here is hoping for Mazinkaiser Superstar!)
Or more realistically:
256: Jungle Bill's Shake me Up
261: Princess F's Just an Illusion
I always wanted those in extended format!!

This is all great news. I just hope that these versions make it on to the Moo & Cool compilations too. Of Course, they have so much unrealeased songs, I'll probly be 60 before they release them all.
