And adding songs to the introduction that are not on the cd is a bad idea. It makes everyone want that song, and because it'll probably never be released (or at least not within a year), but it won't be available. And that sucks. :r
I always refer back to JGTC 2003 Second Round and 143. Both CDs had songs that were unreleased at the time. I remember how the forums were abuzz about Lolita - Heart Attack when it came out on 143 and how everyone wanted it. Even more recent is the introduction of Tsundere Night and Bad Boy on the 9LoveJ album got people interested.

I don't like nonstop format because they start to become really dull the further you go. Granted, they are good for long workouts, but they have to be really good in order for me to actually want to listen to them (i.e., EM 1, EM 14, and SEB 108), or else I'll lose interest by the second half. It generally works better imo when you present everything on the album in their entirity instead of mixing them with other songs without any real breaks.

If they do ever switch the format to nonstop, mu-mo.net will at least hopefully supply us with the full versions, but as for everyone else, I hope Japan actually prefers nonstop with yet another format change.

This seem to be an album worth waiting for. Can´t be too long until the release of samples...

Very potential album. 191 wasn´t the strongest album, but this could be something extra. The line-up is impressive.

Agreed with the first line, I can't help but be impressed by 19x already, although we are really just starting out.

The wait between 189 and 191 was hella long, At least this wait seems more reasonable.

Here's hoping Food Fighter is the fast style like LFT/LITNOL.

The title itself suggests otherwise. I am speculating Food Fighter to be something else other than LFT and LITNOL, probably a tad more wacky and nonsensical. :P

Most of 162 seems geared to be slower. Nack 5 isn't too too fast. It's actually 145 bpms. Valery Scott's A Simply Melody is also very discoey if you haven't heard it The bassline is trippy and dancey and slow to Saifam's usual speed (even for back then).

Acquired A Simply Melody from iTunes(off of It's Eurobeat V1), and as you may have already known, it interpolates the tune of Smile.dk's Butterfly in the sabi(and the overall tune/vocal style also sounds like Smile). Did they credit this?

Why would they?
Did they credit Misa for being similiar to Banzai for A Love At First Sight?
Did they credit Lee Jung Hyun for being similiar to Ba Kkwo for Queen Of Love?
The answer is no and they really don't have too.
Since none of the 3 are exactly the same as the originals.

Well, Vanilla Ice got sued just for using two bars of "Under Pressure" and changing a couple of notes. It doesn't have to be exactly the same to be considered plagiarism.

I doubt Saifam would ever get sued for it, and even if they did they have more than enough money to make the lawsuit unprofitable for the suers. Besides the songs already have been made and released so its really a moot point.

It depends really - are we talking about the original actually being sampled (i.e. Saifam actually use a bit of the original song), or just the notes/chord sequences are the same?

Sampling is definitely something you can get sued for - hence why Vanilla Ice got sued for using Under Pressure, because he actually sampled the original song and used it directly in his, which you can be prosecuted for if you haven't obtained permission first.

Saifam borrowed/rearranged the melodies. No sampling or anything.
