No.
Leave it to Domino and her label. Sinclaire would destroy it (although King And Queen was UBER)

real title is Super Eurobeat Vol. 199 ~Collaboration of Eurobeat~
with the cover saying Collaboration in a similar picture format as 197 with a symbol (like the crown for 197 and mini-crown for 198) and gray (i suppose?) cover.

So I take it this will be new songs then? I seriously doubt the labels will collaborate for 30 new songs.
Any thoughts

Well, if it's really about label collaborations, you can be sure GGG's Looka Bomba and Go2's Hot Vampire will be on it. :')
Possibly Monkey Dance '09 too.

Fuku Wa Uchi? :')
I don't think you should be counting the Avex stuff, because that's not really a collaboration. More like 'YOU PRODUCE A SONG AND WE COVER IT WITH OUR IN-HOUSE ARTISTS AND RELEASE IT AS OUR OWN!'. ;\
I still want this Cherry + Luke (I guess) song. >: O

The collaborations could mean collaborations between different artists within the same label (aka, duets). *hopefully* I wanna see lots and lots of new duets. :3 haha

It's not necessary that all labels collaborate to compose 30 songs, I mean, the whole NonStop (not including new songs) could feature famous duets as Kevin & Cherry, Go 2, Go Go Girls, Dave & Nuage, etc...
Personally, I'd really love to hear a song from Franz Tornado and Mark Farina Together...
