Probably. The rights to the song are owned by them, after all. Either way, they sure are a pretty oppressive, tyranical, and conservative publishing company.

Don't blame Avex about this because they have nothing to do with it. It was just a decision of Manuel to remove it and I respect that...

Manuel was enjoying himself - I think perhaps he didn't have much choice if he had to remove it..
