Some of the more notable ones are from the 190s, the decade of atrocities, including 'Monkey Dance '09', 'I Am Superstar' and 'Pagal'. I think just about everybody would agree that these songs are abominable.
Not really, I liked "Monkey Dance 09" and to be very frank, I didn't find "I Am Superstar" as horrible as my initial impressions portray it to be after looping 198 for a certain while, Sure it may not be as good as "Give Me Sunshine" but I honestly wasn't expecting anything better considering it's level.

I can agree 10000% on "Pagal" though, It's much more than an abomination. I consider it to be one of the worst eurobeat songs ever made in my opinion.

Monkey Dance wasn't all that bad. I totally agree with you on the Futura song.

There a quite a few out there. maybe enuff for a top 50 or so, but instead of doing that ,say that SCPs kidd-like productions would occupy most of the top 20 with Sticky Tricky & Bang ,more than likely taking up the royal oposition. That song deserves a triple strike for music, Song artist and song title.

To be fair, quite a few HRG Attack girly hyped productions, wouldn't be able to escape that fate either.
these have a Kika & Fancy vibe to them and are heavy on the helium factor. Most of these are from the 400s in catalog number and I have them in a special folder entitled "chipmunky vocals" :D .

Bazooka Girl- Nil Blu Depinto Di Blu
Gulienta Sprint- All Night Chocolate & Ciggarettes
Black Eva- I'm Comming To Tokyo
Leslie Hammond -Blue Bikini
Fulvia Coupe- Candellight
Baby Gold- Be My Valentine
Dolly Pop- Take A Chance On Me

A lot of songs HRG made during SEB 160's wouldn't escape that fate as well in my opinion, For some reason, I thought that songs like "Harajuku Girl", "Maid Attack" and "Vodka" etc were all too wacky and annoying to listen to. They aren't as bad as "Pagal" for sure but "Harajuku Girl" did came really really close. Thank goodness they picked themselves up after the 180s. In fact, I didn't think much of HRG until the recent "In Your Car". Don't get me wrong though, I don't hate HRG but just stating some opinions.

Even Magic Hammer's Most Extreme Ultimate Thunder wasn't safe from the Loudness War. In fact, Love is On The Way and Dance on Fire are even more brickwalled than they were on Super Eurofreak. Was this the label's fault, or did MH not know what an equalizer is?

Magic Hammer retooled the songs for the release of MEUT. Remember that there's a metal production background in this case, which usually deals in two volume levels: loud and louder. That's not a bad thing, it's the point of MH's production 'spin' on the sound.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.

In other words wolftickets. In Metal you got
level 1= Nickelback
level 2= Disturbd
level 3= Metallica
level 4= DEVIL DRIVER

I think Magic Hammer is going for that sound somewhere in between level 3 & 4. :D

I looked at the tracks from the recent SEBs in Audacity, and they're just as brickwalled as many contemporary rock/metal albums. Loudness war killed the Eurobeat stars! Err... is killing all the music stars!

Ah, come on, I can even understand feeling that way about the release as a whole, but you really don't think any of the songs (by "any" I mean You Are Always On My Mind) are good?

Yeah he hates even Ester's songs. I believe he told me he thought it was the worst GGM production ever and made fun of her vocals to me lol

Wow, now that's saying something. Does anybody like the Ester song? I saw one person in the SEB205 thread give it a half-decent rating... Geez, what were they smoking when they listened to it?

Definitely the worst of the decade for me so far (even worse than IKTES). What's going on with GGM lately?
