I have Best of SEB 2000, and I was wondering the 2006 mix was just as cheesy?

What do you mean by cheesy? The chosen songs? The transitions?
I did like the Best of 2006 mix, but I have to say 2005 kicked the best ass in everything.

A lot of the best of albums are very similar in style. However since the best of 2009, there has been more of a theme to them discs. Plus they started releasing new songs on them.

Yes, the chosen songs, sorry, I should have been more specific. I like the happy, upbeat, and female vocally songs like "Jealousy", and the duet from Dave & Domino, "I believe in you". I was just wondering if the songs are similiar to that style, of if they were more slower, not so much energy in them.

Well, it's all a matter of taste in the songs that are on a megamix. I personally didn't like some of early 2000s best of albums because of the song selection, but Avex decides those things. Just like I'm partial to the best of 2005 because of the faster disc 1 and the more poppy/ballad disc 2.

Best bet is to find all songs from artists such as Go Go Girls, newish songs by King & Queen, Lolita, Virginelle, Domino, Louise (not You Kiss My Lover), Nikita Jr. etc. since those artists fit that format.
