It's a non-stop as confirmed by SEB211 booklet and a SEB blog entry.

This isn't new information guys - it was announced that the inlay information with SEB 211 stated that 213 and 216 would be non-stop releases with 213 containing tracks from 211 and 212 and 216 containing tracks from 214 and 215 (I assume).

That makes it even more pointless. That's 3 SEBs I won't be buying this decade.

I'd feel more inclined to buy these non-stops if the mixers actually put some effort into them. Seldom do you hear interesting transitions, good beat-matching and other gimmicks in non-stop mixes anymore. I recently purchased Super Eurobeat Presents Girl Next Door, and while most of the songs on that release were fine as standalone productions, the mix was one of the worst I've heard. The transitions between songs were lazy and there was nothing else interesting added to the mix. I just listen to each song from that mix individually now, haha.

So far the only non-stop that's blown me away was Super Eurobeat Presents SEF Gold. That's how all non-stops should be, with cool transitions and lots of little gimmicks thrown in. Too bad they're few and far between.

Can't remember who said it, but someone posted after 211 was released that only 213 and 216 were non-stops - 219 was to be a regular extended release apparently...

But of course I can't say that for sure - it's hope more than anything!!

Well, put your hope to rest then, 219 is indeed a non stop. That's three non stops back to back towards the end of this year.

Also, there seems to be a contest going on right now in which you can win SEB T- Shirts and more depending on how you purchase SEB 211 to Best of 2011 and some other. I don't know if it's japanese only so you western fans might wish to try your luck. For those who are doing this, they can also send 3 songs which they hope would appear on 220.

I have two things I am happy to see though with this megamixes :

1. No new songs. Don't have to lurk for crappy quality extended.
2. Not all in a row like 197, 198 and 199. But... 219 and 220... is urgh.

And, that's DarkSky that said 219 was a normal standard extended release when the official blog says otherwise.

Too bad that there are no extra "new" tracks included in the mix :(
However the Akiba Koubou boys are responsible to the non-stop mix !! :)
I,m really looking forward to this release and to the way they mixed the cd !! i,m really curious. Hopefully we are treated by some nice mixes and transitions.
