What was so special about this one particular volume? It says non-stop ParaPara mix on the cover, but all the Euromachs are mixed...

Just another one of those "Best Of" albums. However, all of the songs have a parapara routine to them, official and maniac.

Exactly, and not every track on Euromach has a routine hence the distinction. Either way it's a solid recap of the first 10 albums! Highly recommened. Heck all of Euromach is highly recommended. 8)
