Not "Elephant Terrible", but "Enfant Terrible" (Terrible Child (direct TL); Problem Child (Localized)). It's the first thing you hear in the chorus at 1:02.

LOL! "Elefante Terrible" seemed more like a Festari title. I can barely make out what Festari is singing, but that's not why I got into Eurobeat in the first place. The song is clearly from his the era where he was responsible for most of the catalog. That's probably why it clicked with me right away. Anyway, Now I need to know all the lyrics to that song. The only other song with a similar title being "Problem Child" is from AC/DC.
