I was told that Silver was 'one of the guys of Phil & Stan'. The lead singer of Phil & Stan was indeed David R Jones. After listening to Play The Game and Time After Time now I even doubt if the Silver-voice actually did backing vocals of Phil & Stan songs :? Even if he did, it is hardly noticable.

I think you are absolutely right! It must be Al Benati!

My song for today: Rose - Never Fall In Love Again

Phil Jones= Claudio Magnani can never be true.

First of all it doesn't even sound like Claudio. Even at his most hyped vocal, he doesn't sound like that.

Take this into account. Newfild; himself, had mentioned that the name Phil Jones was an inside joke of both the artist names Phil & Stan and David R. Jones, which were sung by David Budriesi. I'm not too sure who Stan of Phil & Stan was. Newfield; himself, for all I know :P , but Phil sounds alot like David.

Song for the day comes from the female side of Eurobeat. Bore mentioned Lisa Lion a couple days ago. My picks are Lion Heart and Big On Emotion. Big On Emotion being my song for the day from SCP:

yesterday I got some new p.c. speakers with sub woofwer and I couldn't get over how damn powerful "Louder & Faster" sounded. So Powerful T. owned Friday night.

I remember he said that. Phil Jones must be David R Jones indeed.

My song for today: Maio & Co - Master Blaster
Those were the days when I was really looking forward to new songs of the great names like Maio & Co, Stop Limit Line, Alphatown, F.C.F. etc.

My song for today :

Kate & Karen "Everyday" (TIME)

really good song, but i'm not sure who are vocalists, undoubtedly it's Elena Ferretti did backing vocals with someone other... maybe Manuela Gubinelli (?)

intro of this song is remandin' me extended version of "One Night in Tokyo" by Alexis, also it's similar to Helena's "Lonely Night" healing eurogrooves remix.

Edit:
No, it's definitely not Emanuela, but that same vocalist is singing Kate & Karen songs along with Elena "Up 'n Down", "The Power of Life" or "Crazy Girls"... I recognized her voice also in later Macho Gang singles, especially "All My Love Tonight" .. anybody know her name?

One of my favourit Di marcantonio's productions at TIME.

Vanessa- TIME
Always saw this song as a kind of theme song for the label. To bad no extended can be found.
