Hello everyone! I'm a huge fan of eurobeat, and ever since my day 1 as a listener I always loved Elena Gobi's songs. Her intense vocals, her fun songs in the GoGoGirls, it all made her become my favorite eurobeat vocalist.

But in the recent SEBs I've really not seen much of her name under any of her usual aliases. Is Lolita/Virginelle still active on the eurobeat scene? Anyone has news of her?

Thanks a lot!

Wow. We haven't heard from her in a good while. I don't believe that she's active anymore. I've tried to get answers from Domino on FB about it, but no luck. The good thing is that she has tons of songs that are unreleased so hopefully we will hear them at some point. She is definitely the diva of eurobeat!

Her vocals always sound the best pitched up a bit!

I completely agree with both of you! She's one of the top eurobeat singers for me, and her high pitched vocals are definitely one of her selling points. Everytime she does one of those long high pitches (Like Loving Tonight and Kiss to Kiss especially!) I always shiver a little from how powerful her voice is!

Thanks a lot for trying though Rigby! Hopefully we'll find some answers about her soon enough. And I can't wait to hear her unreleased songs!!

Right. There are a handful of Lolita songs that are really memorable to me and thats it. I like her Go Go Girls outfit a lot more. For high screachy vocals I'm more of an HRG Attack female vocals guy.[/quote]

I'm majorly craving another Good Love And Mystery. Hope she hasn't vanished from the scene. But with the current avex release strategy, it's not gonna make a massive difference to me anyway...
