I just hope that the SCP tracks has proper "structures" and not undermine them with "laziness" like Higher My Passion

Feel you…
even more after they, recently, released songs out of SEB (that probably got rejected by Avex)

There are samples of SEB 233 up on this Japanese site, but it won't work for me...can anybody get it to work? I've been checking this site out every day, and they just put up the links today, but aren't working yet... :(

Change Your Time is 22 seconds longer than the version released so they probably did slow it down.

Holy shit 6:24, now that's TRUE old school EXTENDED VERSION right there and none of that 4:01 bs. My guess is the track probably belongs to Delta.

FUCK YOU AVEX. Seriously.
I don't understand why you would slow down a track.

170 -> 155 BPM lengthen the track by ~30 seconds.
170 -> 160 BPM lengthen the track by ~20 seconds.

So, it's probably ~159-160 BPM.

Still, FUCK YOU AVEX.

Coincidentally, I was thinking the same.

Me neither. To make things go faster is comprehensible, but the other way is just…

Have we considered the possibility that Saifam themselves slowed it down or slightly remixed it, and just never put it on Juno?

Hey fans, think about it!

I saw many comments of dissatisfaction here, on Facebook, people have still new weirder pretensions.

Music world, Eurobeat world changed. How many artists known from contemporary Super Eurobeat achieve today worldwide successes, release albums? Who had these successes, has already strongly stopped in career.

In 90s were magazines and previews of new releases on the last page current CD said "Next: SEB Vol. X, Maharaja Night Hi-NRG Revolution Vol. X".

Now before premiere is known tracklist, parts of songs, everything, no suprise, no interesting waiting time!

Two, three only digital songs by one label, on one japanese compilation, and then hardly few hundreds copies sold.

Maybe I am antiquated, but facts speak for themselves.

Excuse me?
Let's be realistic: almost no eurobeat/italo/disco/hi nrg artist would achieve worldwide success (not 2 decades ago, let alone now). It's not pop music, it's not appealing to many people - "just old music" - don't expect that to change anytime soon (with few exceptions). We're lucky for still having two, three only digital songs by one label, on one japanese compilation nowadays, I believe.

At the same time, it could gain some ground with the right marketing and enough advertising, for example. Not new or weird pretensions - neither impossible. Eurobeat is always changing to survive, huh?

First of all, I am too happy, that this music is still alive.
milachan wrote:Let's be realistic: almost no eurobeat/italo/disco/hi nrg artist would achieve worldwide success (not 2 decades ago, let alone now).
I agree for word "almost". But some a narrow group of them, is alive legend, not only thanks to Eurobeat, since 80s, and some of them don't need anymore this genre for successes.

When we are only basing on Super Eurobeat, even they fell to the same level - declining popularity. As I said, it's sad. Can't help internet, promotion, disclosure everything before releasing.

So I meaned, that are bigger problems, than for example lower tempo on SEB CD, comparing to original versions. And fans shouldn't share in premiere day new tracks on YouTube in my opinion. That's not support favorite producers and singers, but exposure to losses, because so much people listen once and won't pay.

I support Dave Rodgers in separate Facebook group. Probably some of you on this forum know that. He is also very pleased because of that. In fact mention about past give him and some fans more fun, than news. Of course nobody haven't to agree with me.

Something is wrong, if even in main place of Eurobeat popularity, people don't want to buy new SEB.

Well, it is so easy to get new Eurobeat online for free now if you know where to look. Plus, I just listen to the old stuff now anyway. There's plenty of it and it is better than the stuff now. Yep, still listening to Euromach.
