Those albums have been on Itunes for a while. Not sure how long as I only started using Itunes and apple Music actively december last year, and I only got into eurobeat this summer.
But when in apple Music, the streaming service, there's quite a few tracks I can't listen to, probably cause they're album only tracks, notably a lot of stuff on the later seb comps from sinclaire.
Still good that quite a lot of it is still available.

They don't even have the extends on SEB 84 and the like so what's the point -_- Everybody has the SEB edits already.

Notably, I noticed the SEBs are missing the majority of Delta songs.

First off: Finally a cheap way to get instrumentals! They're almost half the price in German iTunes compared to Japan.

Second thought: What a great coup of avex! Even though the catalogue isn't complete (yet?), people outside Japan can get Eurobeat legally way easier.

Third thing: Those missing songs are probably due to licensing problems. As far as I know, a label signs a contract which allows avex to release their songs in Japan/Asia. They need a new contract for worldwide providing. At least HRG releases many songs by themself. That could explain missing HRG songs.
SCP is doing a similar thing with EuroKudos and Sinclaire currently release one single collection in a lifetime.

It's teh same as Lebon14 stated in 241 thread.
A label signs a contract to let avex market their songs in Japan/Asia. Thus, they are not allowed to distribute the songs by themselves on other (world-wide) platforms. There are exceptions, though: SCP Music is able to release their post-200 songs by themselves.

We don't know the exact conditions. But those contracts are the reason why avex can only publish songs in Japan.
the songs available on iTunes are pretty much the same as songs credited with "(P) avex entertainment" in booklets because avex holds the phonetic copyright, they practically own the songs to do what they want. This isn't the case with newer songs. they only have the permission to release in a specific area (=Japan).

The wording changed recently for those instances. At least in the SEB 240 booklet. It's now, for exemple, "(P) SCP Eurobeat Productions / avex music creative inc." instead of a straight "(P) avex entertainment" as it used to be. So, contracts must have changed a little bit recently.
