Eurobeat Vocalists: What vocal type do they fit in?

Post by Delta » 25 Aug 2016, 17:25

So, I decided to create this topic for the simple I'm curious about the vocal type and range of the Eurobeat vocalists :P

So, for the female section, we have:

- Alto
- Mezzo-Soprano (or Mezzo)
- Soprano

For the male section, we have:

- Bass
- Baritone
- Tenor

So far, can you tell (for example) if Clara Moroni is a Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano ? What about Maurizio De Jorio, Dave Rodgers, Domino plus the rest? XD

Please try it out for pleasure ;) ;) <3

Videos of the Classical Male and Female voice (never mind about the precision XD):

- Alto: Emanuela Gubinelli, Ana
- Mezzo: Melody Castellari, Marina Santelli, Karen Wainwright
- Soprano: Elena Gobbi, Evelin Malferrari

- Bass: Mauro Farina, Federico Rimonti
- Baritone: Gianni Coraini, Luca Torchiani
- Tenor: Filippo Cordioli, Christian Codenotti, Federico Pasquini

Most probably incorrect… but this was fun to research. Those are some that pop up in my mind when thinking about range. We have few singers but they're pretty versatile. The lack of bass/alto is really a shame though…

I can add Clara Moroni as a soprano, Nathalie Aarts as a Mezzo, and Stefania Martin as an Alto ;)

Luca can have both Baritone and Tenor vocal type ^^

Mauro is more a High Baritone than a Bass XDXD

Sara is a Mezzo who can go low <3, and Daniela Rando is an Alto :)

Don't you remember Les? she's got an Alto voice type !! ;)

So much singers to classify !!! :p
