Heyo,

I was wondering if anyone has a clue where to find the sound effects which you can here from most of the non-stop mixes such as "go" or "wow".
I've been searching them but I couldn't find a pack or a good ressource to download so since here are a few people who know way better than me I thought maybe you guys could help me.

If you don't understand what I'm talking about (which you 100% do) here is what I'm talking of: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I000GhS ... tu.be&t=1m
You can clearly hear the "go" and the "wow" after the sentence is finished. This is just a single example of many MANY other tracks I can give.

If anyone has an idea or something to share I'd be very grateful to hear from you.

Here's "Hwa!":

Here's Vocal Hit (aka "Woo!"):

And here's a "Go!" (but not the same as the one you want):

Unfortunately, I'm in the same situation as you. I'd like to have a wider variety of these effects too since I'm mixing.

Thanks a LOT.

I don't know how many times I tried to search for these and couldn't find anything. We should probably get a thread up and running where we share and collect such effects.

xiao, I get what you mean. But it seems like a hell of an effort to make the same effects which already exists. Since I think they're widely known they should be accessable somewhere but they aren't.

Does anyone has the another version of the "Go!"? The one was used in the K.O.G. G3 remix of Rhythm and Police perchance?

There's a fuck ton of sample used in eurobeat and hyper techno and mixes in general, I won't put the link because this forum's guidelines don't allow (it's not hard to find on Google though) :)

I actually seem to be one of the few people that know where some of the sample sources that eurobeat producers like to use comes from, many of them can be found on old sample cd's but are actually originally from songs.
I Think the "Go" sound you guys might be after is in this run dmc track, called Peter piper.

Also, the Classic "Whoo!" sound is uttered by noone else than Janet Jackson.
From her song The Pleasure Principle.
Here's the Acapella version, again on youtube.

Personally, while I do have a lot of samples ready for Eurobeat stuff, a lot of it comes from 90's video-games and media. It really all depends on how you envision the genre and what interests you. Don't be afraid to think outside the box ^^.

To me, when I think of this genre, I think of a theme song from a 90's action show. Dragon Ball Z, Mega Man and Capcom video games, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, definitely Power Rangers...all kinds of early/mid 90's media. Explosions, retro laser sounds, cheesy effects, T-Rex roars, fighting sounds, Ki Blasts, Power Rangers electric guitar riffs and all the kinds of things that elementary school me with a N64 would love :D

If I'm able to get the image of Tommy Oliver as the Green Ranger going "Alright guys! let's do it!" in my head, then I know I did my job LOL

But that's how I personally see the genre. Let yourself be inspired and pull from wherever you want to express music the way you want :).

What is this sample from?

"Transmit sequence data... receiving transmission at (MIDI??) route... energy overload... malfunction... manipulate sequence frequency controller etc. etc."
as heard in Overload - Blackout, Roswell - Alien Light, and Magika - Planet Love

Reading this right now and I quickly skimmed through it, holy ****. Even checking it out for a few minutes I nearly found everything in there.
