So basically Eurobeat is a Japanese-European collaboration exclusive for japanese market :(
So sad and disappointed
I don't have a japanese citizenship nor I live there and I want to enjoy the music

That's what means "monopolist", "exclusive", especially in the music, if something lasts too long... And when a contract reminds more a pledge...

It's business, police of a company, it's not "friendship" in the photos when Bratt Sinclaire or Dave Rodgers shakes hands of Avex Trax Eurobeat department heads...
I'm sorry. So basically that would be harder for us to collect the newest CDs now because of that ban.We say goodbye to Avex because it will be harder to efford Eurobeat to anyone of us.

Every time on eBay, every time is an opportunity to pre-order new SEB, no problems, middlemen, registration on some new sites, god... To some countries is cheaper, to other expensive, we know.

You can choose standard shipping always or make troubles yourself ordering in next official on-line shop, where they add a half of kilo bubble foil or paper in flowers to take more dollars.

If I couldn't handle with simple purchasing I would never had CDs I exactly want.

New message from SinclaireStyle facebook page :
"Avex replies that they never stopped any SEB export since they never actually actively operated it. All SEB hard CDs outside Japan were/are sold by indipendent exporters like CD Japan, Amzaon etc... etc... So any possible change in this market is not on Avex will. Anyway, they also added that this morning they successfully operated a test by purchasing SEB from Google Uk. We hope this could make this issue cleared and everyone happier than yesterday.😊
Thank you all very much for your continuous support.👍"

So it looks like CDJapan blocked the releases by mistake. However, the issue here is: will they fix it? Avex and Avex Marketing didn't change jack shit.

I can confirm that Amazon JP does not ship out any Super Eurobeat from 2016 either.
You can order SEB 242 from CDJapan and Amazon JP just fine.
Sinclaire has either been fed lies by Avex or the team that answered them just doesn't know anything and tell them that aren't any issues because they aren't aware of them to begin with.

What is the purpose behind this ban to begin with? Do they think that's going to somehow quell the piracy issue? I can't see that being the reason, because there are obviously people in Kapan who would upload the album and it would spread.

I really don't understand why the EB labels stick it out with Avex? What benefits do they get from having Avex distribute their music rather than going independent? It's not like Avex's marketing is something they need.

It stemed from Avex Pictures:
http://aramajapan.com/news/avex-picture ... cds/71087/

However, it seems like Amazon and CDJapan misunderstood this as a mass-ban of Avex products even those under their sub-labels such as Avex Trax where SEB is (Avex Mode for Initial D stuff).

Piracy-wise, it'll only make it worse.

EDIT: wording.

Yep, this will backfire and be ugly, I bet.
