Also note that multiple SEB from last year got export banned by Avex. So, in this light, it's a good idea to pre-order as soon as it's up so CDJapan ships it when it's out and before Avex drops the banhammer.

I don't think they will ban SEB since there is a good chunk (I assume there is) going oversea and they would cripple themselves if they did so.

If they do though the only possible way would be to purchase them with a Japanese Proxy Service (IF they ship it!).
You can set up an account there and purchase the product you want to have and send it to the proxy shipping address.
They will repackage it and sent it to you for a fee of course.

It concerns any but one of the SEB released last year (SEB 238-241, Best of 90's Eurobeat 70min70songs, Best Of Eurobeat 2016). So far, SEB 242 is still up for purchase on CDJapan. If you haven't purchased the compilations I just listed above, you will have to use a forwarder in Japan to get them your home. What do I mean by a forwarder? Somebody that buys it for you and have it shipped to his home in Japan then take you album and ship it back to you in Poland. There are services online that do just that but... SEB become a 40 euro compilation instead of 25.

CDJapan has no reason to not ship to a proxy service/forwarder because it's sold, it's not their problem anymore. They were within the rules Avex sent them (ie. Ship only to Japan).

It gets even worse if you want to buy doujin eurobeat.
Almost any sampler is not available oversea and you have to either ship them with a proxy or OtakuRepublic (where they overcharge by a lot).

It gets even worse if you want to buy doujin eurobeat.

And this is why I have the current forwarder that I have. He goes to cons such as Comiket and Reitaisai: he can get stuff exclusive to events. But yes, getting doujin eurobeat is a pain in the ass. And, btw, OtakuRepublic is not a forwarder I wouldn't recommand. Anyway.
