Finally got the album off Ototoy this morning and there are some kick ass tracks. The Honey Hime track is probably the highlight of the album!

Every Single Day, Every Single Night is the highlight for me, with WWHIA 2nd.

yeah, Yeah, YEAH!
Oh god, I got my copy of 246 about an hour ago and am listening to the second song, The Flame of Love, now.
This is by far the best Eurobeat song this year. This is Mark Farina as I love him and his unique voice. Reminds me so of the 2008 3B stuff.

This song alone was worth the money.

The last Farina's song was "Last Of Eurobeat", then Fabio Serra recuperate Farina's alias Ken Martin (Fire In The Night; Hero), F.C.F. (Babe I Know), Alphatown (Rain To Rain) and now Mister Tom (The Flame Of Love)

Yeah, now that I listen to the song a second time it's definitely not Mark Farina. There are still some sequences that sound almost like the real one.
However, I feel really ashamed of not noticing it in the first place. v.v

By the way, avex tried to rescue Tokyo to Milano a bit. However, it doesn't sound any better on CD. :(

This has two consequences: that I have a new idol, and that there are a lot of database entries to fix in Eurobeat-Prime!

One last TIME I guess. these previews make the songs seem weak. I want the youtube ones. Anyway this is not the album I would expect the series to close off with. There are a total of four songs that really sound like gems. Maybe the rest will sound better on the Youtube everlasting dance trax previews?

01 WE WANNA HAVE IT ALL/Honey Hime
04:59
Not bad. Didn't exactly get that power vibe here from the synth riff, but I like the melody in the verses.
:)

02 THE FLAME OF LOVE/Mister Tom
04:29
This was very different for Saifam. The chorus was great.
:)

03 ALL EYES ON ME/Elly
04:11
This sounds very subdued for DELTA. The chorus pick up the vibe a bit, but I'm not blown away.
:|

04 BURN THE NIGHT WITH YOU/Ace
04:02
This one sounds good. At least Ace is going out with a bang.

05 I WAS MADE FOR ROCK 'N ROLL/Manuel
4:25
This one was way weird. The melody sounds really off in he chorus.
:ew:

06 EVERY SINGLE DAY, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT/Suzy Lazy
05:28
Writers: Matteo Rizzi, Morris Capaldi, Clara Moroni
This one sounds nice. I guess the last TIME we will hear Clara on one of these. I really dug the synth riff.
:D

07 COME BACK/Nikita Jr.
05:10
Love it! I really hope HRG Attack continues releasing tracks on their own. This is the label I'm gonna miss most.
8)

08 TIME AFTER TIME/David Dima
05:08
David sounds particularly good on this track, I think this could be one of my favorites?
8)

09 LIGHTNING OVER JAPAN/Dejo
05:05
This one is kinda weak. The melody Dejo has to follow seems very uneasy to sing along to.
:?

10MY BODY IS BURNING/Chris Mcrea
05:15
Writers: Roberto Festari, Roberto Gabrielli
It's a shame this talent of Festari and Gabrielli is gonna get cut short. This one sounds incredible.
8)

11 TOKYO TO MILANO (ALL AROUND THE WORLD)/Tipsy & Tipsy
04:07
This one sounds like it could be fun in extended?

12 CRAZY CRAZY FEELING/Seastar
04:14
This is so weak compared to her prior hits. Not really a fan.
:(

13 BACK IN TIME/Martina Dry
05:05
I love the melody in the chorus. So much power in the vocals, and the synth riff with the piano sounds great.
8)

14 FEEL THE POWER/Leo River
04:00
Writer: Federico Pasquini
This one sounds promising. Pity is's only 4:00 minutes long. Not even on this last appearance could we get a real extended here.

15 NO GRAVITY FOR LOVE/Ace & Elly
04:22
Interesting chorus, but I've lost my groove for duets a while back.
:(

I was surprised by the quality of the songs. 246 definitely is the best SEB of the 240s.

Five stars:
The Flame of Love / Mister Tom
My Body is Burning / Chris McRea

Four and a half stars:
Every Single Day, Every Single Night / Suzy Lazy
Time after Time / David Dima
Tokyo to Milano / Tipsy & Tipsy (I will probably not listen to it that often. The distortion is too strong here. Without distortion, it would be easily a five star song)

Four stars:
We Wanna Have It All / Honey Hime
All Eyes on Me / Elly
Burn the Night with You / ACE
Lightning over Japan / Dejo

Three and a half stars:
I Was Made for Rock 'n Roll / Manuel
Come Back / Nikita Jr. (Maybe will grow on me)
Crazy Crazy Feeling / Seastar
Feel the Power / Leo River
No Gravity for Love / ACE & Elly

Three stars (means average):
Back in Time / Martina Dry

Yeah, the worst raing was average, not even one song is below that (That's usually the female SF song).
This makes the CD - at least for me - the best one in the (for me) weak 240s.

Lol! I just realized Elly is SCP. I should have guessed it with the length of the track. No wonder it sounded weak for DELTA. Also too much SCP means too many 4:00 tracks :(

And with typos and awful mastering of some songs............ I mean SEB is dead indeed.
