Unfortunately, it was not meant for SEB 193. In fact, the song was remixed way before then. It was remixed in 2005 by SCP but never got released. Heck, we never knew of this remix until today.
Hm....also interesting that there is a 2005 version of Tora Tora Tora featuring Clara, Maurizio, and The Prophet that never got released. Only an acapella has floated around thus far. Wonder why 2005 for both tracks?

Yep, I mentioned that earlier in this thread that I predicted this would be the same song as the Larry Queen track, albeit with a slower bpm, and I was right. It definitely stands out as the black sheep of Nick Mansell’s material at SCP, since it’s a an over-the-top, cowbell-heavy cheesefest, unlike his more serious, rock-oriented pieces from later years. It actually sounds a ton like one of his songs he would sing at Vibration as David Bird or Manuel, such as “Sexy Diva” or “Big Time”. Personally, I think Nicola delivers the cliched higher/desire chorus more effectively than Gianni did, but the Euroenergy remake is still kind of charming in its speedy insanity.

“I Wanna Be Your Girl” is as cute as a button! The vocalist sounds completely unfamiliar, but she does add a deliciously unique touch to the piece.

“Dr. Feelgood” is a pretty hectic track, and certainly not one of the better Kiki & Fancy songs throughout the years, but it’s still a pretty entertainingly wacky song that I may come back to, even if not as much as “Para Dancin’” or “Dance Dance”.

“Why” sounds a lot like “Open Your Fire!” by Fastway and was probably made around that same era, roughly late 2002 or early 2003. Like “Big Love”, I enjoy the piece, even in spite of its cliched chorus. EDIT: Apparently, this song was cowritten by somebody named Nicola Fortarezza - perhaps he's the vocalist as opposed to Massimo Galli? EDIT 2: I think I found Nicola "Nico" Fortarezza here; it definitely doesn't sound like him. His voice is far too soft and melodious compared to the gruff rockiness in "Why". I think Massimo Galli is the most likely possibility after all, though even he I'm not absolutely certain about.

“Blades of Fire” is great and reminds me quite a bit of “Not For Sale”. I can’t believe Avex never featured it on SEB!

Only one thing remains - we still have yet to hear Irene’s “Gimme Love”. Hopefully it’ll eventually find a home in the near future. Until then though, this album was a delightful surprise that will surely keep my ears preoccupied for awhile! :)

Tora Tora Tora sounds so powerful. At first I didn't notice it in the playlist but now that you mentioned it, I gave it a listen.
Now I only have to wait for money, then I'm gonna purchase all EBK albums one by one.

By the way, I already own all SEBs that contain songs of EBK 1-8. Are there any differences that make these albums worth it buying anyway?

I'm missing the same volumes in my collection because I already had the CDs where the songs were featured.
Of course, for somebody that does not collect CDs, they were great release options.

Thanks for the overview, Rain! :)

I trhink "useess" is an okay term in this context. I actually don't need these albums if I already have the exact same versions. But maybe I buy them anyway, just for collecting and supporting purposes. :D

Twitter convo's strongly implied there's gonna be an Instrumental 3 coming out featuring the ladies' tracks, too.
