Wohl .. Deutsch ist eng verwandt mit Englisch dank seiner Nordischen etymologisch herkunft methinks ~ ganz wie Suomi haha :D 🇫🇮

I think $35 USD for 3 CD's is quite a bargain!I don't usually buy these non-stops save for major milestones like 200 .. and now 250 ★ 👍

Apparently, DJ Boss announced at SEF that SEB 250 would be delayed according to Sato.

So, mu-mo's info is most likely correct.

HMV and Neowing (CDJapan Japanese site) now show September 26 2018 release date.
Amazon didn't get the memo.

The interview say that the CD1 will be selected by Max Matsuura, CD2 will be historical masterpieces (hello again King And Queen), and CD3 will be J-Euro

I just assume that even though this is the last SEB album, it will just be the shame shit that they put on every anniversary album. Sigh, I wish they wouldn't just repeat the same songs over and over again.

Ya it's the last one. And I mean there's only so many memorable songs, a CD of obscure favorites would please no one except like 80 people tops ahahaha

At this point anniversary mixes are for nostalgia and dancing, unless they specify the time frame. Besides they did 3 whole ass CDs of 3 generations of eurobeat, so I legit don't care what they do on this CD since they didn't neglect and time frames other than like -current- eurobeat and that bars really low anyways

Actual English version posted on Avex's English website of the previews interview. Thanks to Giancarlo himself for the link.
https://avex.com/jp/en/contents/super-euro-beat-250/

Some excerps:
Yokota "However, as we are reaching 250th, since it's getting unreasonable with the way we'd sold so far, we want to change the direction at this opportunity. We'd been releasing one CD in a month, but also in this time when CDs can not be sold so well, we are thinking to make producers make good tracks over a year and release them about once a year. Meaning that, we will concentrate the time and change the way of selling as well."
If it wasn't confirmed enough:
The memorable 250th album will be a 3 disks set. The theme is to record 100 tracks selected by the CEO, Mr. Matsuura, 100 historic masterpieces, and 50 Japanese Eurobeats.
"Heisei will end this year, Mr. Komuro and Ms. Amuro retired and the company is heading for a new era with the milestone of 30th anniversary. SEB and Para Para had been going through the big boom three times in the past. As the milestone of this 250th album of the series, and as the SEB New Era = 'SEB 4.0', we would like to create the self-assertive work while responding to the needs of the times.” says Takano. It may continue symbolizing Avex's challenging stance beyond mere the boom or the compilation series.

I'm more interested in this other quote:
Takano "At the same time, in the sense of revitalizing the old tracks, we have also begun the direction to enhance streaming and delivery limited items. There are many catalogs of dance music including Eurobeat, and some of them have worldwide copyrights. From now on, we'd like to make a team that specializes in delivering old tracks mainly in the dance music genre, and make great use of it. "
In the best case for us the non-Japanese fans (and considering this is the only paragraph mentioning the word 'worldwide'), this could mean that some effort will be invested in improving the worldwide distribution, and maybe something more.

Even though Italian Eurobeat producers already said things like these regarding the future releases in Japan:
There is no talk of an exclusive contract but a relationship free from constraints. I will be free to publish songs even outside the Avex.
(Roberto Gabrielli, https://www.facebook.com/roberto.gabrie ... 5331979507)
But in the quote from the interview they explicitly talk about 'old tracks'.

Is the album cover on the first page the official one?
It's really... un-special for the last big compilation.

No, I've used the header image of avex website.
But I'm sure it will be this one, because the last Namie Amuro's album is using the same font for the numbers.

According to the latest SEB Official account on twitter, there will be an announcement on Oct. 9. I'm on mobile right now so linking to the tweet is difficult.

EDIT

Date was the other way around >.>

Two weeks until release and still no tracklist. Yeah, that's nothing new, but it feels like they're not even trying to market SEB 250 more than a usual one...
