Well, now that you have tried to raise a doubt, Present some actual facts. 90% would not be to credible, because in each case the falsetto's have a different tone. How would you explain that? 8)

Well, maybe it depends on what tracks you know. Obviously I don't know every track with this voice!

If I could give you facts, I would've done so in the first post. But even with a naked ear :P I can hear that a lot of these tracks cannot be Farina or Pasquini.

As i can see, there are different opinions for this very interesting object. The fact that we try to investigate it shows how much of interest for this object we have.

I dont know if it would be possible, but maybe we can contact Farina or Pasquini to clear it. I know for example that Dieter Bohlen replied sometimes the questions of fans, and also other very busy persons. Why not Pasquini?

What do you think about it?

@Oresama-chan- you are big talent, in both songs you sing.

And your falcetto is very similar to the falcetto of Farina.

But we must test our hypotheses by using futher sources, i think

The some of us who support the Farina-Paquini Falsetto theory posted and gave examples, so it would be fair in a debate for you to share some of the examples of some songs where you hear otherwise. 8)

eh eh eh eh ! You guys are really stubborn. :o :o :o LOL

I thought this matter was already settled when I got the confirmation
about the vocalists on some songs from Mr. Newfield. It seems that I gotta
refer to our dialog again.

Ciao Laurent!

I remember you mixed following tracks on SAIFAM for FLEA and I'm guessing these were sung by Mauro Farina in falsetto.

Lilac - Jump To The Music, Come Come Come, Bang Bang, Step By Step
Boy - Broken Wings, Falling Away

On the other hand you arranged, recorded and mixed Dave Hammond - Take Me Higher on TIME and I guess this one was sung by Giancarlo Pasquini in falsetto.

It's really hard to judge whose vocals are in the songs, especially when they were sung in male falsetto.

Could you please confirm if I guess right?

Thank you.
and his reply.

right,I think so even I don't remember the last Flea mentioned.
I'm wondering if you don't know who Laurent Newfield is. :P
Mind you, he is the person who recorded the vocals for these songs
together with Farina or Pasquini. Neverthless you're still saying it's
incredible for you, right? That means you are saying he is a liar.
Why the hell must he tell such a lie?
From my experience, he always tell us the truths and when he can't
clarify the truth for some reason, he just says he can't !

Anyway I asked Ronald, who is going to see Pasquini right along, to
ask him if he sang those James Cooler songs.
But I can't undestand why you hesitate to ask Farina, Pasquini, Ferrarin etc. by yourself if you won't hear of what drnrg, jeurobeat, ronald,
cheeseman and I are saying.

I dont day that i dont believe that you wrote. I only wanna be 100% sure.

Mr. Newfield wrote to you:
"right,I think so even I don't remember the last Flea mentioned."

Can you regard this answer as 100% sure information?
I am not so good in english, but i understand his reply as
"i think", 'i assume" "but i dont remember for sure"

All peopled here i forum think and assume. And maybe that you think is also truth, but this is stil one of the less objects where we dont have 100% sure information. Are you agree?

After i hear the falcetto voice of ORESAMA, i can think that he was the man who singed LILAC-songs.:)

Hey Karel just try the links that Oresama posted at the end there. They will direct you to thier MySpace pages. It's better than e-mail. GOOD LUCK

So, you'd have to hire an expert in voiceprinting cuz it's quite often the
case that even the vocalists themselves don't remember what they sang.:P

ditto
but i understand his reply as
"i think", 'i assume" "but i dont remember for sure"
He said, "even I don't remember the last Flea mentioned."
So the song he doesn't remember would be only "Falling Away", wouldn't it? :|
Do you know any e-mail-adress of Farina, Pasquini that we can hope that he reply?
Why do you think I put those links? But then I dunno if you could get
their responce cuz I'm not Farina, Pasquini or Ferrarin. :|

@ drnrg

Well, it's a long time ago but my source was solid. For example, in the list are songs by Kinky Go. They are for sure done by the guy I'm referring to.

As far as I remember, no one said Kinky Go was Farina nor Paquinni? But you have a point there are many songs not credited to iether of the two.
1. Ken Heaven- The Calling
2. Green Olives- Jive Into The Night
3. Bonaventura- Fantasy
4 .Communards- Never Can Say Goodbye
and many many more..

I can't say for sure if any of these are indeed Jimmy Summerville, but I wouldn't bet on it. So who is the singer you so keep a secret?

Somewhat on topic... I've just listened to a FLEA track produced by Rizzolo/Diaferia (Donna Luna - I Will Never Try To Change You), and I was quite surprised to hear Susanna Dal Gesso (Susan Bell) on vocals!

It's Abigail - Music all over again :D
