Superficial Eurobeat Songs

Post by Chico Chico » 13 Sep 2004, 14:46

We all know that Eurobeat has alot of lyrics that sometimes don't make sense or talk about love or just about having fun... But there are some songs that have a more "superficial" quality to them. My examples would be:

Go Go Girls - Hot For Your Body
Marko Polo - Money, Go!

Really good songs, but kinda have a theme of material things being really important. What other songs do you think deserve the term "Superficial"?

Cindy - Gucci Girl
Vicky Vale - Shibuya Girl

The only ones that came to my mind right away.... will have to browse a bit to reminisce.

heh I seem to come up with a lot of girls...

Kika - Party Girl
Miss K. - I Wanna Be Material Girl

I was thinking of Plastic Girl as well (And Phil would've liked that), but the lyrics are just so bizarre that I am not sure if it's superficial or not.
