I would prefure:

1) A totall musical creation freedom for all the Italian teams.
2) Of each created production an extended and single version download.
3) On a regular basis a 16 track long CD which should have a very good price. Each team should have the same amount of songs on this regular released CD. If after (for instance) a year the sales amount are very poor, stop the CD line (just concentrate on downloads). For me personal no mix CD's (the destroy art).
3) A demand of AVEX to each Eurobeat team that from every created songs two or even three opposite styles are created. For instance Eurobeat style orginal. Then Italo or pop / trancy / rock opposite. Let your mind go!
4) An up to date weekly download + CD sales top 25. To show the custumor / Eurobeat team and AVEX what the reactions recarding this musical style. Life could be fun but sometimes hard!

If you combine al these things the teams can go back working. Work is gonna be released (downloads + CD). And via point 3 the team should have to work extra hard to show their 'other side'!

Last but not least for AVEX a personal request, go into the big world and spread out Eurobeat. If you can't do it, their lots of other specialised compannies who can help! Leave Japan, open your eyes ............ it's almost 2010 for god sake!

Could be a nice them "WISDOM" when AVEX starts up again and decides to give Eurobeat a big boom into the word!

Um, if they're as harsh as some of the ones being posted I'm not too sure...
